Good location but expensive for the quality of the hotel.
Pros:

The location is the strongest selling point.

Cons:

No self-parking. Expensive valet. The hotel had an unpleasant odour that I assume was to cover up worse odours. The hotel was oversold on booking.com. It was not as good as it looked. Our room had city views which meant it was right on Olympic Blvd. Be aware that Olympic blvd is as busy and noisy as a freeway 24/7.

Quite disappointing for monies we paid
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff were good, the room was clean.

Cons:

First room didn’t have air conditioning - it was broken. Front office :( they didn’t move us to a room tell I got quite upset
I’ve been charged a security deposit - but no one can tell me what the amount was and what refund u should expect - i am still waiting for it
Would have liked a kettle and tea bags in the room
Water shouldn’t be chargeable - it isn’t anywhere in the world

Clean room and excellent staff made my stay! Highly recommend this hotel especially in a bind.
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating with my late check out needs and extending my stay. The guy at the front desk with the glasses and the valet man as well were extremely patient, kind, and thoughtful.

Cons:

The hot water in the water machine in the lobby wasn't working. The vending machines could have had some more breakfast options like RX bars or oatmeal as well but that wasn't really a big deal. The room furniture could have also been arranged slightly differently to have a desk area separate from the television. That desk set up felt a little crammed.

basic but convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The location was excellent - easy Uber from LAX and near my doctors appointment. I only came in, slept, and left, but the room was comfortable. I appreciated the noon checkout so that I didn't have to carry my luggage to my doctors appointment.

Daniel was very helpful in helping us change room that was away from the traffic noise.
Pros:

Good location walking distance to Ralph’s and 10mins walk to Westfield Century City

Cons:

Rooms facing city views too much traffic noise. Should double glazed windows to sound proof the room.

Nice staff, decent space, loud room.
Pros:

Staff were great. I extended my stay and they made that easy.

Cons:

The rooms are in an old, old building that has a shiny new (internal) face. Large rooms, recently redone, though with the original old, cheap looking infrastructure. One bed and the wall had blood? ketchup? smears on them, which is just kind of a yucky reminder that others have been messy there and cleaned up after. The room was right on the street and the street is loud.
