Pros:

Nice overall feeling and good size room

Cons:

Parking overpriced (40US), hotel overpriced (US 250 for a 3 stars??). Carpet soiled in common areas

All good. Simple and nice.
Pros:

love the common area on the 2nd floor. Room was clean and comfortable.
Nice staff.

Cons:

TV has only cable. In 2026 nobody watch cable anymore. the TV should have Netflix, YT etc...
It will be great if we could buy something to drink in the lobby.
The ugly RV in front of the hotel has to go...

Super miejsce, warto! Idealne na pobyt w Venice
Pros:

Super klimat, miłe pokoje, fajna przestrzeń do relaksu poza pokojem. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko restauracje i sklepy, ok. 20 min. spacerem do plaży. Fantastyczny personel - bardzo miły i pomocny.

Great place in Venice
Pros:

We stayed at the Kinney for 3 days in June with kids. The hotel itself was fun & stylish with well appointed rooms. It's well located a quick 15(ish) minute walk to Venice Beach. The kids loved the small pool after long days exploring LA.

Pros:

Hotel situato a pochi minuti da Venice Beach. E’ possibile usufruire del parcheggio coperto a pagamenti. La camera è spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. C’è anche il ferro da stiro. Non c’è possibilità di usufruire del servizio colazione, ma nelle vicinanze ci sono vari posti. Personale cortese.
