Very short drive into the nice part of Sausalito. Also adjacent to a beautiful walking area near the water with tons of birds.

Cons:

Property is right on a busy road. No road noise in our room, but pulling in and out w/ our car during busy times of days was a bit challenging.

Quiet and cozy. Staff was not a computer and very friendly especially late at night.

Comfortable and convenient hotel with very nice and helpful staff!
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was fine for a chain like the Holiday Inn. We especially liked the sausage egg breakfast sandwich.

Cons:

Part of the hotel was under renovation.

Pros:

The great location on a beautiful marsh with walking paths and birds and bay ..near restaurants and parking and close drive to Sausalito and mill valley downtown .

Cons:

Rooms are dour and back of hotel is janky

Quiet place with nice views.
Pros:

Quiet location.

Cons:

Flooding prone area. There should be a notice when you book that says it is a flood prone area, the river easily overflows, flooding the parking lot and in some cases the rooms.

Disappointing for reasons stated
Pros:

Staff was not very polite. I signed up for the credit card offer in order to get a discount but it did not transfer to my reservation and I got no discount. I tried calling the hotel and they said to call the credit card company, so I called the credit card company and they said call the hotel, hence no discount and applied for the card and got a point against my credit for nothing-will not reserve there again or use credit card. Scrappy deal.

Staff and issue stated above. Nothing was made right.
