Overall, very pleased with the stay. As of 24 hrs. of check-out the deposit has not been returned?
Pros:

Clean, organized, quiet, and comfortable. Stay was not long enough to appreciate the breakfast provided. Liked the parking situation. Felt the parking was protected and watched. Vehicle was secure.

Cons:

Got an email that accepted a request by me, but no such request was made? Phoned staff on-site, Staff, which was very helpful, could not tell me how the request was made. Not a big deal, just a computer glitch? Hopefully hotel computer system is not at risk of losing customer information.

A very nice, clean hotel if you need to crash near the airport & want free breakfast!
Pros:

It’s very close to the airport and having the shuttle was a lifesaver, since arriving at 11p was too sketchy to take BART into the city. Mt room was very nice & comfortable and clean. Breakfast included is lovely!

Cons:

The room was pretty dark — could use more lights!
