A Nice Hidden Gem
Pros:

I liked that the hotel is directly across from the airport, and that a shuttle was provided.
The complimentary breakfast was very tasty .

Cons:

I did not like that there are no restaurants, or markets near the property. There is no place to eat is you arrive after breakfast.

You guys really need to purchase a new van. The driver was excellent, but the Van is old and raggedy. Safety issues

Cons:

There was a charge for the shuttle for the airport, there was a charge to store my rental on the lot. I stayed in a room above the lobby and at 4 am-8am I heard constant opening and shutting of the shuttle which woke me up out of my sleep since it runs every 30 min. This hotel wasn't cheap shuttle should've been free or at least mention that when booking.

Comfortable stay near Oakland airport with hot breakfast.
Pros:

This was a comfortable place to stay before flying out. Tyrone at check in was helpful. Appreciated the fitness center before a flight. Spacious room.

Cons:

No recycling???
