Nice hotel
Pros:

Location building breakfast we truly enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Spiders. We had spiders in our room on pillow and got home with few in open shopping bags we bought

I really enjoyed staying there and I hope to come back again! again!
Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff, Resolved my issue immediately regarding the light fixture and the shower head. Clean room. My room had a nice view of the swimming pool! Delicious breakfast! I loved the location and walking distance to the Shops of Montebello and public transportation!

even though there were a few things I didn't like I would say here again
Pros:

it was nice. rooms were clean and the breakfast was good I was not expecting much. but I did enjoy it. the gym was small but the weights and equipment was nice. the pool was nice even tho it was a little on the cold side. the hot tub was nice as well. Also the curtains were great I over sleep and didn't even know it

Cons:

So it not only this hotel its like the last 6 place I've stayed at. the pillows suck. I just will never understand why they cant get this right. the bed was a little hard the hard side, but what I really didn't like was to $10,00 i had to pay to park my car there. I think that is B.S.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I used hot tub, they came out to check the towels. The hot tub and gym are very clean and nice.
The environment is very quiet and clean. I really enjoy working on line in the room.
The breakfast is wonderful. Various kinds of food prepared and arranged in a nice manner.
The facility is closed to a mall (having a food court), some fast food restaurants, Olive Garden, and an Asian buffet. All are in walking distance. Very convenient.
Also, the facility is only 9 mins drive to Rose Hills. For those who need to go there for memorial service, this hotel is a convenient, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. You can take local road and bypass the traffic on highway in rush hour.
