Great location
Pros:

There wasn’t much to be said about the breakfast, as everything was always running low. No soap in downstairs ladies bathroom for 3 days, empty hand sanitizer in workout room all 3 days, 2 heaters by the pool had empty propane tanks, only one day there was water in the lobby.

Cons:

Better managed, seems like the hotel was being stingy

This was a pre-cruise hotel that we reserved. We were pretty satisfied.
Pros:

Reasonable walk to restaurants and the maritime museum. Not far from the cruise terminal(via Uber). Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

No complaints.

Decepção e desrespeito!
Cons:

O que esperar de um hotel da rede Marriot? Um espaço com profissionais bem preparados, atendimento com excelência e confiança na reserva feita, mas não foi isso que aconteceu.
Para começar eu havia selecionado para pagar a reserva no hotel, ou seja, não efetuar o pagamento online, e mesmo eu selecionando o horário que chegaria, foi feito pagamento online, iniciando o prejuízo, segundo eles foi o Booking quem processou o pagamento, mas ao falar com o Booking, o hotel quem processou esse pagamento.
Desde o dia 15/2 sinalizando que estavam sendo feitas cobranças no meu cartão de crédito, de madrugada, então avisei na recepção, e sempre pela manhã o atendimento foi com descaso, no final da tarde, o Salvador quem atendia e viu que haviam sido feitas cobranças, e segundo ele solicitou estorno.
Tentei contato por mensagem com o hotel, mas a mesma informação, aguardar de 7 a 10 dias úteis, já tem bem mais que isso e nada até agora de cancelar a tal cobrança indevida.
Inacreditável que um hotel dessa rede faz esse tipo de coisa com o cliente, estragar a experiência de se hospedar no hotel, perder tanto tempo tentando resolver várias vezes, tentando por mensagem após isso, e também perdendo tempo no Banco para ver se há alguma pedido de cancelamento dessa cobrança indevida, e não há (será verdade que resolverão?), e no Booking, para ver o que podem fazer para ajudar.
Desrespeito define esse hotel!
