Location was the only nice amenities lacking.
Pros:

Terrible breakfast choices if you have any health issues you will have to find a restaurant or bring your own. Quiet during daytime hours.

Cons:

No coffee unless you wait til 730 am no breakfast and no microwave. There was a fridge …what for.? No way to heat up food.

Great location and nice rooms, but noisy.
Pros:

Great location if you don't mind the periodic trains. Quick easy walk to restaurants and beach. Nice pool even though "heated" meant 74 degrees. Convenient microwave in the office.

Cons:

Paper thin walls. Could hear the bed squeaking and the snoring next door.

Te entire Hotel needs renewal, the bed was small, old and extremely uncomfortable, it felt the mattress had a hole in it! There was no air, windows super dirty, so were the windowsills, there's addy any soap and not enough towels for te four adults !! The outdoor is worn down, dirty and noisy. The breakfast is non existent.. the service at the front desk is unprofessional, no information provided and they ignore you..
Very misleading. Photos don't show reality of the old place and I had a very unpleasant stay.

Stayed one night and arrived late. Went to take a shower and there was long, dark hair all over the shower wall. It was very gross. For over $325 a night I expected better.

Great stay and really enjoyed being so close to the beach

Location was amazing, so close to the beach.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not the best, the towels were stained. We arrived at the hotel when it was dark already, so by the time we located the remote to turn the light on, we placed out luggage on the floor which has a paddle of water. Someone seemed to have switched off the fridge and the ice compartment has melted all over the floor. We were provided with extra towels to dry the floor, but some contents of the luggage were soaked already.

Room size was the best feature
Pros:

Location was great, across the street was the beach and restaurant. 8 minute walk to the Zoo. Parking was easy but $15 per night fee. Size of the room was comfortable for the 4 of us. We stayed in Room 116. The shower heat stayed consistent. TV had lots of options. Order food from Hana Restaurant, so good (DoorDash). Street parking is close and free. I do like that they have some kitchen supplies on hand. To visit downtown you should drive.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner in the kitchen area. The microwave sits on top of the tall refrigerator making it impossible to use (I am 5-3") Had my husband help. The 2 small kitchen chairs are flimsy and should be easily swapped out with more sturdy one. The curtains were hard to move around. You have to move the TV to the left in order for the remote to work. No AC but they had a portable fan that needs cleaning. But I ran it all the time at night to avoid hearing all the outside noises from people walking upstairs or parking lot. The bathroom has a window but it is so low so if you open it just a little people from parking lot can see your waist down. If it was higher then it would be no issue. They need Shampoo and Conditioner bottles. I ended up buying some locally.
