Would definitely come here again! Loved the area!
Pros:

The location was fantastic, a block away from the uncrowned beach, with a playground for our grandchildren. Also walking distance from eateries. (We ate at the Habit). The pool at the hotel was heated, and they provided pool noodles. We only stopped for the night, but wished we would’ve booked it for longer.

Cons:

More towels and soap in the room. We had 3 towels, but needed 4.

Muy Buena! recomiendo!
Pros:

La habitacion era amplia y antigua pero bien actualizada. La zona esta muy buena. Solo el tema del garage debe estar mas claro en la pagina. Esta practicamente en la calle el auto.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr strandnah. Diesen kann man innerhalb 5 Gehminuten erreichen.
Allgemein ist der Aufbau des Hotels sehr gelungen. Ebenfalls sind die Mitarbeitet sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider wirkte das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig. Davon abgesehen haben war der Boden leider sehr dreckig und voller Haare.

Cozy hotel on the beach.
Pros:

Great location, near East beach and Santa Barbara Zoo, good coffee machine. Dispite there is no ketler in the room, there was water cooler in the lobie where you can get boiling water. Parking on the street sometimes was full, but you can find place on closest street.

Cons:

Unfortunally, it was very creaky floor one floor up. In night when floor up's neighbors was walking on their room it seemed as like someone was walking in your room.

Not worth the stay when most hotels don't charge to park and don't treat guests with attitude

The room and location were fine. And, the employee that helped us with our cable tv was very helpful. This is why it gets a 4 instead of a 1.

Cons:

Did not like that we were charged $15 for parking when it was not presented to me in the screen grabs I made during booking. I offered to email the grabs to the inn as proof of what I was presented - they ignored that and just sent their own screen that indicated a parking charge. I said that's great that you can see parkiing charge on your end, however, if the booking guest is not actually shown that info during booking, then it is not a valid charge. My credit card company immediately credited me the $15 after I showed them the screen grabs. It's only $15, but I pursued this due to the excessive amount of attitude and arrogance that the rep from the Inn presented on the booking.com portal when I reached out about the error. I said I would have to give a bad review and they just said they would answer the review with a denial - so expect them to deny the error and blame it on me. That's fine - just want to let future guests know what to expect. Moral of the story is always do screen grabs of all bookings for flights, airlines and rental cars - because what you were presented during booking is what your credit card company will go by and they will credit you back every time for places like Inn at East Beach that refuse to even look at your proof of not being notified for additional charges! Stay away from places like that - too many other good places to stay at.
