Pros:

It was very up to date.It was very clean. We had a downstairs room. ( My husband and I are elderly) I liked how the rooms were situated around the pool. Good breakfast.The lobby and breakfast room were close to our room.

Cons:

The ice machine nearest our room was not working. My husband walked to the lobby and was directed to another ice machine. We had to walk around to find another one.

La stanza era pulita e spaziosa

Cons:

Mesi prima del nostro arrivo, Booking.com mi aveva inviato un'e-mail che confermava la cancellazione di una delle stanze prenotate.
Dopo ore di viaggio, siamo arrivati in hotel stanchi e convinti che fosse tutto in ordine. Invece, la receptionist, con un atteggiamento estremamente scortese, ci ha detto che l'hotel non aveva ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da Booking e che avrei dovuto pagare anche la stanza cancellata mesi prima.
Ho mostrato la documentazione e ho cercato di spiegare che non era giusto far ricadere su di me un eventuale problema di comunicazione tra Booking.com e la struttura. Ho semplicemente chiesto un po' di comprensione e la disponibilità a trovare una soluzione.
La risposta è stata incredibile: la receptionist, infastidita, ha chiamato il manager e mi è stato detto che, se non avessi pagato immediatamente, saremmo stati cacciati dall'hotel.
Una situazione assurda e umiliante, soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio. Mi sarei aspettato un atteggiamento orientato al dialogo e alla ricerca di una soluzione, non minacce nei confronti di un cliente che aveva semplicemente presentato una conferma di cancellazione ricevuta mesi prima.
Per evitare di rimanere senza una sistemazione, sono stato costretto a pagare anche la stanza aggiuntiva. Ora sto attendendo che Booking.com valuti la mia richiesta di rimborso.
A prescindere dall'esito del rimborso, il comportamento del personale è stato totalmente inaccettabile. L'accoglienza e la gestione del problema hanno rovinato la nostra esperienza. Non tornerei in questa struttura e non mi sento di consigliarla.

Modern, clean facility with a great breakfast and beautiful pool.

Modern, clean, free breakfast

Cons:

Noisy refrigerator. TV was difficult to know what cost extra. Getting free WiFi by enrolling in Hilton Honors was confusing as to any monetary cost.

Stop off en route to Santa Cruz
Pros:

Really clean, fresh decor, clean & well maintained pool, friendly staff, laundry facility & fitness room were a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

The breakfast room was a little sterile. It was clean and sufficient for what was on offer for a complimentary breakfast but the plastic cutlery and paper plates/bowls were not great.

The location was fantastic, the place was great, the bed and pillows super comfy, great and friendly staff. I loved the spacious room and the long counter and sink outside the shower/toilet. Overall was a wonderful oasis for our trip, a perfect place to rest for the night, with great air conditioner. And on top of that lots of places to choose from to eat. Very satisfied and happy I picked this hotel !!!

Failure of communication between Booking.com and Hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and quiet.

Cons:

I would have given a higher rating. When I arrived for check in, the front desk did not have me listed as a guest. It seemd Booking.com never communicated my information to the hotel. After about 20min. the front desk clerk frantically resolved the issue and allowed me to check in.
