Background:
Based upon past events, the Hotel has fairly and rationally determined that renting rooms to individuals who reside locally (i.e., within 25 miles of hotel) poses a reasonably avoidable increased risk to the health, wellbeing and safety of hotel staff, guests and property.
The exceptions to this determination are guests who rent rooms at the Hotel: (i) based upon an emergency (e.g., a fire at their residence and a need for emergency lodging); or (ii) the fulfilling of a lawful duty or service (e.g., an essential worker).
Policy:
The Hotel will not rent a room to an individual who resides within a 25 -mile radius of the hotel.
The Hotel will publish the notice on relevant distribution channels (e.g., the Hotel’s website) such that the public has reasonable notice of the policy.
The Hotel will check identification documents of guests and confirm the guests’ residence addresses for the uniform application of the policy. If a potential guest requests an exception to this policy (e.g., based upon an emergency or fulfilling of a lawful duty or service), the Hotel reserves the absolute right and discretion to decide the exception based upon evidence requested from and provided by the guest. Any such exception shall only be made by a member of the Hotel’s management.

Pros:

Better price than a hotel in Napa Valley. Like the breakfast and coffee!

Cons:

Bed pillows weren't supportive enough. Room AC/ heater was loud when it cycled on repeatedly. Woke up several times to cars racing on the street past the hotel.

I traveled with my child and myself you need more lighting my room was on the other side of the hotel and I wanted to get ice and I was scared to walk to the lobby for ice maybe next time since im disabled I can get a room close to the lobby since I travel alone with my son who is autistic

Cons:

We didn’t get to stay there because we live too local. They canceled my stay because they only take bookings from people that live 25 miles away. Ended up going to the sandman just to have a night away

Comfortable stay, great breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was phenomenal. They had anything you would want for breakfast, including almond milk as well as regular milk. There were fresh strawberries and raspberries and whipped cream for your waffles or pancakes. The first morning there was scrambled eggs and bacon, the second morning there were mini omelettes and sausage patties. Four different types of juices, plenty of pastries, bread for toast, bagels. Staff was nice in the breakfast room.
The accomodations were good; the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

We noticed after we closed the door to the room, there was about a one inch gap under the door. Didn't really bother us but just wondering why that would be.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient for us for our medical visitings.
Pros:

The property was not fancy but was extremely comfortable feeling. Lots of parking. We have an electric car, a Volkswagen, and we were able to communicate with the front desk regarding our desire to charge our car at the two level two chargers located in the southwest corner of the property. Right near the elevator and, coincidentally, right near our upstairs room. Bed was quite comfortable. I liked the small table and chairs out on a balcony outside the bedroom. A nice touch, all although a little too cool to stay out there for very long. All in all a very comfortable place to stay, and will stay here again for sure.

Cons:

It was really nothing to complain about although I am a complaining type, I’ll mention the breakfast room. Breakfast and parking are the biggest comments. If the breakfast is good people love the place even if the facilities is not so good. The facilities were good and I didn’t enjoy the breakfast terribly much. Loved the biscuits and gravy. Hated the omelettes. And the second day somehow they ran out of milk and small containers so no sign was put up near the cereal dispenser and I filled up my bowl with cereal and there was no milk to put in the cereal. Front desk said they had a very busy day the day before, but it seems a little tacky to not be on the ball getting their deliveries in a timely fashion. Also, decent places to eat have to be driven to downtown Santa Rosa. Not the end of the world. Not much around where we were. That’s about it.
