Plenty of parking, complimentary bottles of water.
Dated decor and furnishings. Considerable distance from the city centre. We stayed on the 3rd floor and ice machine was broken.
Cleaning staff is great.
I submitted a request for cancellation before checking in which they didn’t respond to. When I called the next day they said it was too late because it was after check in and they would’ve charged the full amount even if I canceled (even though originally the cancellation was the cost of the first night only). They charged me for parking without telling me upfront it had a cost. They also charged for internet (not free like they advertised) and even charged for the “complimentary” bottle of water in my room. They didn’t even refill the coffee pods. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all for a side sleeper. I woke up with back pain almost every day of my stay.

When I arrived they first gave me a room that had a high pitched ringing sound in it. I called the front desk they told me I was next to the electric room. There was nothing they could do. Then with about 10 minutes passing the ringing got louder. It was awful. It was giving me a headache. I called they gave me a new room and apologized and told me they constantly get that complaint?? Then why don't you fix it then? The next morning at 9:00 a.m. I got to knock on my door and it was the cleaning lady at 9:00 a.m. The day after I checked in for a 5-day stay. Make that make sense. Then I get a knock on my door 2 Days later from the manager asking me if I'm smoking cigarettes in my room? I don't even smoke. I explained it might have been a candle that was lit. She told me I couldn't have candles. Then I get another knock on my door. 15 minutes later. There's two women at my door accusing me of smoking cigarettes. By the way, I don't smoke cigarettes. I have asthma. I then show them the candle. That was probably what they were smelling and the lady preceded to harass me at my door for 20 minutes.
This is all while they had a fire drill thing going on that they didn't announce to anybody before they booked their stay
I would not recommend this place at all
The harassment the inability to be hospitable as a hotel and giving me a room with a high-pitched ringing sound and not fixing it after multiple complaints is not okay
Not to mention the beds are lumpy and out dated. Literally woke up with hip pain every morning.
Stay elsewhere. There's better places I suggest the sonesta across the way
My partner (who is a diamond member) made this reservation for me . He has contacted the corporate office and better business bureau.
I'm also so disgusted by this whole experience that I will be reporting everything that happened on my multiple platforms with my hundreds of thousands of followers. I hope they're happy

Rooms were very nice and clean. Organization and cleanniness of room was perfect. Locality was awsome! In the close vicinity very good foods were available.
Staff did not told me about instructions like breakfast timing, complementary coffee etc. No instruction was provided to me!
I wouldn't book it again.
Very loud slamming door. And parking is a rip off 28 dollars per car per night!
