It was not the worst stay but i expected more from a Hilton. Coffee was great.

I've stayed in classier hotels, but for a 12 hour stay to catch an early flight, this was fine.

The staff was very friendly when I arrived. For the price the room exceeded my expectations. I loved the warmth of walking in for the first time with the fireplace. Thank you

Great stay, friendly and good location
Pros:

It is a great stay. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. My son loves the hot chocolate with toppings in the lobby during holidays. Room was clean. Location is between SF and SFO, it is perfect for us.
Just a reminder to everyone, parking has a fee, and breakfast is not free.

An easy 5 stars!!! This is actually my first ever TripAdvisor review. I never leave reviews on any site.

I arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn in SF after a stressful journey during which everything seemed to go wrong. I was exhausted and not in a great mood.

Erin , who works at the front desk -literally changed my mood around.

When you check into a hotel at night you kind of just except people to just be transactional. Nothing wrong with that, they're just doing their job. But Erin was so nice and friendly. It changed my whole day around!

Thank you Erin for epitomizing customer service.

Next business trip I'll be looking out for a Hilton!
