great location, great value
Pros:

we liked everything about it: location, facilities, it was a little expensive for what I had expected, but not compared to similar hotels around it. The only little mark i give them is that they indicated "breakfast" in their booking.com profile and it was a good 30 bucks a person, so just make sure you check the promises -- i feel that booking doesn't do a good job at quality assuring the properties listing on their site.

Strange charges on bill added after we checked out!
Pros:

Very convenient location. 15 minutes on surface streets to downtown SF or airport car rental return. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Here is the crazy thing, and, why we will never stay here again. We paid all tips in cash. The day after we checked out, our bill was adjusted and the exact amounts we left in cash appeared on our AMEX. Also, we get the bottled water in our room with our Diamond level membership, but, here as well, the charge appeared the following day. In total, we got ripped off for 26.50 for these reasons. Be warned, these folks are scammers! Stay away!

Great!
Pros:

Great central location to the city. About 1 hr drive to the East Bay and roughly 30 mins drive to other neighborhoods. Staff were fantastic - friendly, had a positive attitude, and helpful. Price is very fair for the area. Proximity to good food, cafes, etc. The hotel itself felt clean and well kept, nothing fancy but very solid.

Cons:

Cleanliness for the most part was great, but noticed the remote control in my room was covered in a sticky substance. While I believe they clean their rooms well, it’s probably not as detailed as one might expect. However, nothing to cause great concern.

We recently stayed for a week at the Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport North for business, and our entire experience was exceptional.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our team. Kaiya Escott, thank you for the daily emails and for seamlessly adjusting our reservations as our plans evolved. Kwok Chung, we truly appreciate the outstanding care you provided — from arranging our reserved dining area to consistently tending to our needs throughout the week.

Liza and Bernadette at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. From check-in through our final day, you were always there with a smile, ready to help. Your assistance with our 68 swag boxes was above and beyond — we couldn’t have done it without you!

David Tewelde, thank you for taking on our group and helping make our event such a success. Everything ran smoothly because of your support.

And Sabrina, thank you for taking such great care of our crew each morning at breakfast. Your help and positive energy made a big difference in starting our days off right.
