Categories

Cleanliness
6
Multiple reviews report stained carpet, stained bathroom surfaces and a cracked, discolored shower; a few mentions say rooms are clean but overall cleanliness is a concern.
Service
8.2
Staff described as friendly and helpful in several reviews, though a reported power outage and facility outage impacted guest experience; generally competent service for this property tier.
Location
9
Consistently praised for being right off the freeway/highway and convenient for travelers; many guests cite the location as a primary positive.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms noted for comfortable beds, pleasant decor, large TVs and in-room Keurig/fridge/microwave, but some maintenance issues (loose toilet seats, bathtub vs desired walk-in shower, accessibility distance) lower the score slightly.
Amenities
8.7
Good in-room amenities reported (large TVs, Keurig, fridge, microwave, Dove toiletries) and easy parking; amenities are a clear strength.
Value for Money
8.2
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast repeatedly described as wonderful/hot/cooked, though a few guests wanted bacon or later serving hours; overall F&B is a positive aspect with minor complaints.
Overall Experience
8.5
Many guests report a quiet, comfortable stay with strong location and breakfast offerings; issues with cleanliness and an isolated power outage temper the overall impression.
