It was bearable, reasonably comfortable, the food was not really at the standard expected for the price but the service
Pros:

It was away from traffic noise and crowds. The staff are excellent and helpful.

Cons:

It is worn out, worn down, patched up, weathered, rusted, stained, peeling and in many places filthy. The pool looks old and uninviting. Almost everywhere you look there is something needing repairs or replacement. I was expecting old but not this level of deterioration.

Our stay was disappointing to say the least

Not much except for the friendly bar staff

Cons:

It was noisy with workmen using angle grinders at 7am so no sleep ins !
Whole place is extremely tired.
There was a Rugby Origin function on Friday and the bar was completely closed off so we as guests couldn’t even have a drink. The extremely noisy function put us off even being in the venue for dinner and we had to yell down to noisy guests to quieten down as we couldn’t sleep.

Fit for purpose
Pros:

Well situated for us close to the start of the GC30 event. Nice pool and beach access. Terraces Restaurant was very good.

Cons:

Traffic noise from SeaWorld Drive. Ask for a room at the front or side.
Orientating around the property was somewhat complicated - signage could be clearer.

Would certainly return has everything you need.
Pros:

We stayed in a suite which had ocean views, it was so beautiful.
We had access to a pathway which enabled a long walk along the beach area.
Restaurant and bar were great. Breakfast had great variety.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed our stay.

A little slice of heaven
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Gold Coast with our family and had such a lovely experience overall.
The complimentary room upgrade was such a nice surprise and made our stay feel extra special. The beds were unbelievably soft and comfortable, honestly some of the best hotel beds we’ve slept in. The food options were also fantastic with plenty to choose from, and room service was impressively quick every time we ordered.

Cons:

A couple of small areas for improvement would be the pool area, which could probably do with a bit of updating, and housekeeping was occasionally a little slow.

Pros:

We love the location. It's quiet with easy access to the beach and plenty of good eating options nearby. This was our third stay here and we still love it.

Cons:

The rooms are starting to feel a little old. Still comfortable though.
