Hotel is more like a two star than the advertised four star. Just felt pretty tired and walls are super thin so you can hear the adjacent rooms

I was under construction. So I think it will be nice after the remodel is complete. Our room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

Although we knew about renovations going on, the mess in the hallway to get to our room was unacceptable. And this was true even after the workers went home for the day. They did very little to clean up for the day. Our room had been renovated but the poor workmanship was unbelievable! Amazing that this level of shoddy construction was acceptable to the owners, let alone Baymont.

We were on a ski trip and the Baymont fit the bill for affordable lodging with breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good for a limited hot meal. The cook was friendly and personable. Desk staff were quite well trained and personable. Your exchange student desk clerk shared her education goals in Peru with us.

Cons:

The room was a little dated. There were cracked floor tiles in the sink area. The hotel is renovating and hopefully those tiles will be replaced during the renovation.

Pros:

Clean hotel, pics on expedia make the hotel much nicer than it is. Very outdated but comfortable. Bed is very comfortable, the outside needs a bunch of cleaning up.

The male front desk agent Cyrus.

Cons:

Everything else was poor. I had to fix the cable in order to watch TV. The shower tub had public hair that wasn't cleaned up. The room had a smell of stale cigarette smoke. The staff Monique was smoking outside the front and back entrance of the hotel. Someone was slamming hotel doors all night long.
