Very chic hotel that dealt with limited staff very well. The staff are very helpful
Pros:

The staff, the hotel decor and location of g Ty be hotel to my events in PennnQuarter

Particularly in the cafe (Isaiah and Diego) and security/front door team

Cons:

Extensive, ongoing noise in the late afternoon on my hallway; sounded like construction or the laying and securing of a new rug

My deluxe king room was very dark (courtyard facing)

For two guests there is plenty of room for another upholstered chair

The facility fee, which I was not aware of at booking or check in, seems excessive

Beautiful hotel inside and out
Pros:

Location is great, close to everything and close to restaurants. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds.

Cons:

There isn’t a “normal” reception area , like tables and couches where you can stay downstairs. By the reception here there is just 1 small table. There is a bar/restaurant across though.

Stay was alright.
Pros:

The breakfast I had at the cafe was delicious. The bar in the basement is quite trendy with crowds kept to a minimum. The room I got was cozy. The location is very central to many DC sights and staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The locks wouldn't work on the first room I was assigned. In the second room, there was a burnt out lightbulb above the bathroom sink and the room was a little warm. I wasn't able to turn the thermostat down below 67 degrees.

Good experience, well located, cramped bathroom, still worth it.
Pros:

The vibes and decor are very nice it helps to make it feel worth the sticker price. The staff are very courteous and informed and I was always able to find what I needed. The room service was excellent and very quick though the price point was a little high.

Cons:

The bathrooms in the room were very cramped, the door cannot fully open before it hits the shower making it hard to utilize the bathroom effectively.

Cons:

Показались завтраки немного скудноваты, в меню очень много калорийных блюд, хотелось более разнообразного выбора для людей, кто следит за своим питанием и не хочет утром есть панкейки.

Śniadanie wliczone w cenę było serwowane do stolika przez kelnera, smacznego i wyszukane.
Wybór dań z karty nieco ograniczony.

Sophisticated hotel close to National Mall
Pros:

Hotel and room were very nice, the staff also were kind. We enjoyed the bar and the restaurant. Very central location.

Cons:

We got a courtyard room and ventilator fan in the courtyard was really noisy. We had to ask for a city view room which we got with some supplement. The aircon was also quite noisy in this room and difficult to turn off, but we somehow managed to turn it off and had a relatively silent night. I think a hotel of this standing should invest in a silent aircon system.
