Great location. Walking distance to all the memorials and museums. Clean rooms and kind staff!
Champagne offered at check in. Friendly staff. Cool rooms, stocked well, comfortable beds. Clean.
A bit noisy
Tout !
Hotel and room were very nice, the staff also were kind. We enjoyed the bar and the restaurant. Very central location.
We got a courtyard room and ventilator fan in the courtyard was really noisy. We had to ask for a city view room which we got with some supplement. The aircon was also quite noisy in this room and difficult to turn off, but we somehow managed to turn it off and had a relatively silent night. I think a hotel of this standing should invest in a silent aircon system.
The rooms were beautiful and clean, the staff exceptional, and Restaurant was perfect combination of interesting choices and old stand bys
The water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t terrific
This is the most beautiful hotel, service is very good, breakfast was excellent, good choices. I will always stay here.
I had to leave.
The style!
Nothing
I loved everything! I had requested a bottle of champagne in the room upon arrival, as we were celebrating a special occasion. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk assured me my surprise was ready (it was beautifully set up in the room) and handed me a glass of Rosé for myself and my guest. I don't think I've ever had customer service this good in my life.
Nothing. I seriously loved it all! I usually don't feel comfortable in fancy places, but this one is different. It felt upscale and comfortable.
This place is awesome!! When planning a trip to Washington DC I will stay here! Plus very close to attractions & the Capital one arena! Perfect location! Parking was excellent & staff were friendly and helpful! Thanks for everything!
Nothing
Heating system in the room was ancient, inefficient and noisy….impossible to sleep
Staff couldn’t be nicer
Thought the overnight parking fee was excessive considering you are staying in the hotel and paying a city hotel fee to begin with..
