I came to dine at Giardino. Excellent food and excellent hospitality by Jogendra ji and other staff. Jogendra remembered me from my last visit as a palace guest in 2021 and went out of the way to serve a complimentary drink. Taj hospitality never fails to please guests. Thank you for everything.

We had an excellent stay at Jai Mahal Palace. There is a sense of grandeur which transports you back to bygone kingdoms and colonial times. We would give the atmosphere and location five stars.
Jaipur is busy so after a day of sightseeing the hotel is a peaceful enclave to rest.
We came with our two children, 14 and 11 and they really enjoyed the pool after a day out. Good facilities and evening entertainment if you don't want to go out. Similarly, nothing is very far away and we took Ubers in the evening to restaurants.
Staff are helpful and at check out Devyani even gave us suggestions for our onward travel in Ajmer.

It is rare to come across hospitality that genuinely exceeds every expectation, but that is exactly what happened during my friend’s stay at Taj Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur, from 1st July to 4th July 2026.

My friend had travelled from the USA and, as a solo female traveler, I naturally wanted to ensure she would be safe, comfortable, and well looked after. From the very beginning, Mr. Shiv Mathur took complete ownership of every arrangement and made the entire experience completely stress-free.

His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were evident in every interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect—from a seamless arrival and beautiful room arrangements to prompt assistance whenever needed. What impressed us most was that he treated her not just as a guest, but with the warmth and respect one would extend to family.

My friend couldn’t stop talking about how welcomed, secure, and cared for she felt throughout her stay. In today’s world, that level of attention and reassurance means more than words can express. Knowing she was in such capable hands gave me complete peace of mind.

We went to Jai Mahal Palace to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed only for a day but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful what you expect from the Taj Group. The food we tasted was wonderful. The service is immaculate.

They arranged a small Celebration in the evening with flowers and a cake. We have been celebrating our special occasions in special places for the last few years and this celebration was the best. Special mention to the Duty Manager, Pooja Kumari. Hopefully we can return there in the future
