Everything from check in to staff, food, restaurants, was excellent! Property was excellent!
Nothing to not like. However, I was not aware during my hotel booking of the extra $700 I had to pay just for NY EVE dinner celebration at the hotel.
It’s an old palace. Very authentic classic buildings.
The event organized by the property during the evening and the morning breakfast could be a lot better than this.
Good experience. Good at the Italian restaurant was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Can try the spa . Food is Highly recommend
Had a lovely stay here, everything was fantastic. Staff were incredible. Aslam was great at breakfast, always smiling and helpful.
We went to the bar as well and didn't know it closed at 10.30pm. We ended up staying till midnight and they didn't tell us to go. They waited for us to finish! Would stay again.
Beautiful hotel. Building dates back to 1700's and has been restored to a very high level. Extensive grounds. Delightful staff in all areas. A very tranquil zone away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur City.
Beautiful hotel and grounds. Friendly and attentive staff always ready to help. Restaurants served delicious food with a good variety. Spa was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.
stayed at the Taj Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur as a family with our 19-month-old toddler, and we had a genuinely wonderful experience. From the start, we felt welcomed and supported — something we truly value when travelling with a young child
One of the highlights was how child-friendly the hotel proved to be. The chef thoughtfully adapted meals for our daughter, making sure she had food that suited her needs and preferences. This made our stay noticeably easier and more relaxed.
A special thank-you goes to Rithuja from the Marble Arch restaurant. She took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Her patience, kindness, and easy connection with our toddler made every mealtime comfortable and enjoyable. We really felt her warmth and genuine attention.
Islam, Krishna, Abdullah, Pravy, Rituja and Monu Pratap made our experience & stay extra special with their service .The staff was super welcoming and cordia...will love to come again 💕
Beautifully maintained palace
Nothing at all
Celebrated our 3rd anniversary at Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur, and the experience was truly unforgettable.
A big thank you to Bhanu for the warm hospitality and the surprise complimentary cake.
Such a perfect evening with the whole family! 💕
Food was nice and tasty, ambience was awesome. But the quality of service was very poor, the waiter didn't even serve like 2 spoons of spaghetti to me....
Beautiful and well maintained but what made it exceptional was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They accommodated our request for a small heater and did everything to make us comfortable.
My wife and I spent three nights at the Jai Mahal Palace and greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel and grounds are very impressive. It is a truly lovely place.
We had dinner and three breakfasts at the Marble Arch, and both the food and the service were very good. We were graciously welcomed by Monu at dinner our first night, and he was on hand to welcome us to breakfast in the mornings. He gave us the impression that we were being specially looked after. We also had a very nice dinner at Giardino. For those who might hesitate to order pizza at a restaurant in India, I would say that I highly recommend it.
The staff went over and above what should be expected. At breakfast on our last morning, the restaurant staff brought me a chocolate cake, as they had somehow learned (I’m not sure how, as neither I nor my wife had told them) that it was my birthday. Also, when it came up in conversation with the staff at breakfast that we were driving to Udaipur that day, they volunteered to make us a box lunch for the road, which was very much appreciated.
We would love to return.
