Excellent experience and we would like to keep visiting the property!! Our home away from. home! Your staff makes us feel like we are a family!! Notables: Abhimanyu Shekhawat, Riya Navet, Vijendra the veteran, Sakshi Rathore and Khusi Sharma and anyone else we interacted with though I can't recollect their names! And yes we did some jewellery shopping too!! Good stuff there!!

Grateful to experience a day in a palace where history, royalty, and timeless elegance come alive. I am Taj club member and I always tried to experience the Taj Properties wherever I traveled. This time I choose Taj Jai Mahal Palace and that was my Great decision ever! Our stay was very comfortable and memorable. And all the credits goes to the Taj Staff members who put all the efforts for this experience. I specifically appreciate some person at Taj property who are real asset for this property and Taj ! At Restaurant Mr. Kamal jii gave us excellent service and I felt I am at my home. Also at the breakfast time we meet Chef Bhavesh, he cooked best omelet till date for us. This food experience always alive in my heart. Also I will like to mention Miss Pooja, she is so polite and helpful from the process of Check-in to overall stay. I am glad to say, Taj Never Disappoints!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, care and genuine hospitality. The entire team went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. A very special thank you to Ms. Tanushree for going the extra mile to make our daughters birthday memorable. We would also like to thank Mr. Surinder from Housekeeping and Mr Aslam from the restaurant for their exceptional warmth, attention to detail and kindness. Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to each and every member of the team who made our stay so wonderful.
The beautiful surprise room décor and the special cake-cutting arrangement for our little one were incredibly thoughtful and made the occasion even more precious for us as parents. ❤️
The Hotel Buddy ride, folk performances and various activities added so much joy to our stay and gave us memories that we will cherish for a long time.

The bathtub in the topaz room (biggest and most expensive) brings brown water. An engineer came and fixed something but the issue persisted. Attached photo is after multiple fixes, cleaning and running water. It was 11 out of 10 stars for other than this experience. I did not let me kids use this bathtub

We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Taj Jai Mahal Palace. The property is absolutely exquisite—beautifully maintained, elegant, and full of charm.

The food was excellent, and the team made the evening extra special by surprising us with a complimentary birthday cake and ice cream, which was a lovely gesture.

A special thank you to Mahendra Ji, Monu Ji, Sumer Ji, Aslam Ji, Madan Ji, and Ayan Ji for their warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine care. Their professionalism and kindness truly elevated our experience.

This was our second stay at Jai Mahal Palace, and the encore was nothing short of magical. The service and amenities are exceptional, and the staff makes you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive.
A special mention for Mr. Aslam, who was wonderfully attentive on both of our stays. We had actually considered trying a different hotel this time just for variety, but his warmth and care are what brought us back — and we're so glad they did.
I'd recommend Jai Mahal Palace to anyone visiting Jaipur. Even if you're not staying overnight, it's worth stopping by just to experience this beautiful property.

It was truly wonderful visit at this palace,the team is incredibly & amezing,the lady Dharmesh,Aslam & sumer everyone was true example of real hospitality and found them out of the circle in terms of helping and suggestions related to local visit and about the property.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall hospitality was excellent. A special thanks to Vishwas at the front office for his outstanding service. He was warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His friendly attitude and prompt assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had an excellent stay. Loved the hospitality from entire staff. We had great experience and food at marble arch retsuarent thanks to Sunil, Santosh and Vikram.

Housekeeping staff provided excellent service especially Mr Surendra.

I stayed one night, food and room service is okay but their staff, management sucks. This will be my last visit to this place and please avoid going there. They treat you poorly and middle management is not trained well.
