Our visit to Jai Mahal Palace with my elderly parents, wife, and son was nothing less than outstanding in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, warmth, and care shown by the entire team made our stay truly memorable.
A very special thanks to Sumer and Abdullah, who went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. They looked after us extremely well, always with genuine warmth and kindness, which made us feel completely at home. Their caring nature gave my family some truly wonderful moments that we will always cherish.
Chef Atul also deserves heartfelt appreciation for the amazing food and personal care he extended to us. Every meal felt heavenly — absolutely delicious and prepared with great attention and love.
The experience at Hai Mahal Palace was exceptional, and the warmth shown by the team made our family time even more special. Thank you once again to Sumer, Abdullah, Chef Atul, and the entire team for creating such beautiful memories for us.

What a lovely and a spectacular palace feels like living like a royal it was my anniversary and they greeted us so nicely from the watchman to the manager everyone was so involved in making us feel special they also gave us a special room upgrade . Their service is outstanding and best in class . Special mention to Ravindra Ji, Aslam Ji and Bhagwan Ji they were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home

The Palace was a lovely place to stay in we stayed at the Peacock Suite and it was huge and spectacular…. The main attraction here is the out of this world service provided here where everyone is so warm and loving… Specifically Ravindra Ji, Aslam Ji, and Bhagwan Ji they were very welcoming and so enthusiastic.

Had a wonderful experience at Jai Mahal Palace. The property has a beautiful royal charm, peaceful surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. The food at Marble Arch was excellent as well — every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. A special thanks to Sumerji for being so warm, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. His hospitality truly made the visit even more memorable.

We had an amzing dinner experience and wife's birthday celebration at Marble arch restaufant. Thanks to Sumer ji and Monu Pratap ji for ensuring the dishes were served timely and last minute requests were handled carefully.

I had an experience much beyond expectations. Janhavi, Bhumika helped craft an amazing experience for us. I had a couple of requests and it was provided without any questions and with utmost quality. We had a memorable stay experience at Jai Mahal Palace where we stayed 20 years back. It was quite enchanting to get the same hospitality experience which we had experienced years before. The arrangements and attention to detail was commendable. Special mentions to Mr. Aslam and Manager Mr. Monu Pratap who were available throughout to check on our comfort and requirements. We will definitely visit soon.

One of the best place in Jaipur for your calm stay..i had gorn alone with my child and Jyoti made my Mother’s Day so so so special since the beginning she was so kind and helpful I have no words to express my gratitude toward her and many of the colleagues in restaurant Area as well..they all are welcoming and kind..would recommend a stay at this place..Jyoti as a women you understood how important was it for me to be felt so overwhelming on Mother’s Day

Just what I didn’t like was they didn’t put up buffet breakfast bcs they had less occupancy and the breakfast according to the hotel standard wasn’t satisfying at all..even if the occupancy is low they should put up the buffet with a lot of variety..this breakfast didn’t meet their standards

We had an amazing stay. The amenities were great and the hospitality was incredible. We received great service from Ravindra, Muskan and and Shiwani. Jaipur is a great city to visit and the Jai Mahal is a great option for stay. Thank you for the amazing experience in our family vacation!

Marble arch restaurant has the best atmosphere and people are really corporative here named aslam, birendra ji , kedla their service are really best and hostile experience is best

Taj hasn’t disappointed us ever and so does this property as well ! Though the property is in midst of the city , once u enter the palace , it’s peaceful and greenery ! Staff are the highlight ! Hospitality is top notch . From housekeeping to chef , so much warmth .
