Our stay at Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur was truly royal and unforgettable. The heritage ambience beautifully reflects the culture of Jaipur, creating a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous, polite, and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the food was excellent with top-class service. The entire property, especially the garden area, felt very serene and luxurious. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and every moment was truly memorable. Special thanks to Aslam and Jaideep for their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for a royal experience in Jaipur!

Had an incredible stay at Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and comfortable. The palace grounds with the giant chess board and gardens are stunning.

A special mention for Mr. Shiv mathur,Bhumika thakur and HK team — they was exceptionally helpful, kind, and made sure every detail was taken care of. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I came with my mum on a special trip to celebrate her 70th birthday, and our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

We arrived at the property around midnight and were warmly welcomed by the wonderful manager, Abhanyu. His calm, warm, and gracious manner immediately made us feel at home. He personally escorted us to our room, where an incredible surprise awaited us. The room had been beautifully decorated with balloons, a stunning bouquet of flowers, and a delicious cake, making the occasion even more memorable.

We had requested a room with a view, and Abhanyu ensured that our request was thoughtfully accommodated.

From start to finish, every aspect of our stay was perfect. A special mention goes to Devyani at the concierge, who consistently went above and beyond to assist me. She was always happy to help and would personally come to greet me whenever I walked to the reception, making every interaction feel genuinely welcoming.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Shivji, who ensured everything at the hotel ran seamlessly. A true gentleman in every sense, he was always approachable, attentive, and a pleasure to know.

Thank you to the entire team for making my mum’s 70th birthday celebration so special. We will cherish these memories and look forward to returning.

Great stay at the Jai Mahal. The grounds are beautiful and the new swimming pool is very nice for laps and exercise or just relaxing. The children’s play area was closed for renovations, so we didn’t get to try it. Service went above and beyond, particularly our butler Deviyani and favorite breakfast server Aslam.

Our experience at Jai Mahal Palace was truly exceptional, with every detail reflecting refined hospitality. A special mention to Mr. Omendra, Mr.Raj and Mr.Rajendra for ensuring a seamless and engaging palace tour-his insightful narration and warm approach added great depth to the overall visit.

The dinner at Marble Arch was the highlight of the evening, flawlessly curated by Mr. Monu & Mr.Sumer The ambiance, menu selection, and service flow came together seamlessly to create a sophisticated and memorable dining experience.

I had a great time with my family. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Chef Ravindra Singh made us special fasting food, which was extremely tasty and perfect. The front desk Conceirge Hridya was amazing, even gave us a customised gift with our picture. The serving staff at Marble Arch for breakfast and dinner was quick and helpful. Specifically Monu Pratap, manager at Marble Arch and waiter Aslam helped us with special food requests and were extremely helpful.

We chose Jai Mahal Palace in to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what truly made our evening unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of Deepika and Khushi.
Deepika was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Her friendly nature and genuine smile made us feel valued throughout the evening. Khushi was equally amazing—kind, courteous, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Together, they created such a positive and comfortable dining experience that it made our anniversary even more special.
Great service isn't just about serving food—it's about making guests feel welcome and cared for, and Deepika and Khushi did exactly that. Their humility, dedication, and attention to detail truly stood out. They made us feel like honored guests rather than just customers, and that personal touch is something we'll always remember.

Good service

It is a very quiet and calm place in the middle of the hustle that is Jaipur. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpfull at any time. The atmosphere is incredible, it is very well located, there are a range of activities in the hotel that are very nice as well. Very good option to stay!

We recently stayed at the Taj Jai Mahal Palace and had a truly wonderful experience. The property is stunning, with exceptional ambiance and beautiful surroundings.

Although we stayed in a Heritage Room, which beautifully reflects the palace's historic charm, it was also impeccably clean and equipped with all modern comforts.

We visited Hotel Jai Mahal on the occasion of my daughter's birthday and believe me it was a wonderful experience. Hriday one of the staff member had made our daughter's birthday very special. The ambience the hospitality of the staff is amazing . The restaurant staff Monu pratap , Dalveer and Abdullah attended us so well we enjoyed and relish each and every dish . Its a wonderful experience besides lush green environment other activities in the hotel is exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to Jai Mahal hotel staff.

The food was extraordinary and phenomenal. Service by jogendraji, manishji and yogendraji was excellent. They all were very helpful. Also the vibe and ambiance was extremely pleasant

I stayed at Jai Mahal for one night with my mom, and the check-in process could not have been easier, with help from Muskan and Ramanand. Within minutes, we understood the key locations and evening events. We then enjoyed a wonderful late lunch, where Aslam Khan made us feel completely at home with his warmth, courtesy, and impeccable Indian hospitality. The food was excellent, and the Rajasthani dishes were a thoughtful touch.

Later, we decided to visit a few local temples and city attractions. Mr. Shiv was very helpful in advising whether we should use our car or take a cab. When we booked an Uber, he personally spoke with the driver, explained exactly where to drop us, reminded him that we were guests, and asked him to contact him if any issue came up. The ride went smoothly, and we truly appreciated the care shown by the staff.
The evening local folk performances were another delightful surprise. The interactive dance added a personal touch and made the experience feel like true cultural immersion. We also enjoyed the puppet dance, which was engaging for guests of all ages.
The next morning at breakfast, Aslam was once again exceptional. He engaged warmly with guests, personally looked after everyone, coordinated food orders, served with care, and added thoughtful touches throughout. Since it was difficult for my mom to get up for the buffet, even for small items, Aslam noticed me getting up a few times and insisted that I enjoy my breakfast while he served her himself. Words cannot fully capture how naturally he connected with us and made us feel welcomed and cared for through gestures both big and small. I would recommend Jai Mahal to family and friends based on Aslam’s hospitality alone, and I would give him an 11 out of 10 for going above and beyond.
