Very overpriced, needs reinvesting into facilities, rooms are large but old
Enjoyed our stay at the Taj Jai Mahal Palace, however, always check the rate as they penalise one with high rates when you book earlier and have much lower rates closer to the date. They do not follow rate parity of online bookings on their own website and app. This snacks of being deceitful as I had three rooms bookings and booked one more room, last moment when another friend joined.....the difference was a lower charge of nearly 20% drop and was not rectified even after pointing out this anamoly
Fabulous hospitality, we felt like we were in the comfort of our home. Superb property. Special mention to their restaurant servers Mr. Aslam, Mr. Monupratap, Mr. Vikram for their warm hospitality and prompt service. They made the experience so much better.
The atmosphere of the palace is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful!! The palace talks to you in positive vibrations! The pretty rooms and the warm hospitality of the hotel is beyond words. It feels like you are at home. Mr.Aslam, Mr. Monupratap and Mr. Vikram have been exceptionally caring, warm, hospitable and always at our service to us. If you go to Jai mahal, dont forget to have animated conversations with them while enjoying their hospitality which is beyond excellence.
Breakfast at Jai Mahal Palace was absolutely splendid—an elegant spread set amidst serene gardens, with impeccable service that made the experience feel truly royal. The variety, freshness, and attention to detail were exceptional, making it a perfect start to the day. A memorable highlight of our stay.

I had an opportunity to stay with my mom for a special occasion. The staff directed by Mr. Shiv Mathur went over and above to ensure our stay was amazing and my mom felt so special on her birthday. He paid attention to every little detail and made us feel as if we were the only guests in the hotel. That’s the level of service we experienced. I also want to highlight all the staff and special mention of Mr. Mahendra and Mr, Ibrahim for their outstanding service and focus.

We had an experience of a lifetime at the Jai Mahal Palace. What stood out was the opulence of the palace, well appointed rooms, the expansive Mughal gardens, swimming pool, fitness center and the amazing three restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The service by the staff was outstanding. Especially Aslam, Vikramji, Monu Pratap, Chef Bhavesh, Athul provided excellent service. Definitely recommend.
