i had an amazing time staying at jai mahal palace. the welcome by pooja and devyiani was amazing and made me and my guest feel very welcome. the food was also
incredible. i also loved the doorman at the front gate laxman who greets you when your car arrives, he made us feel very special and welcome. if im ever back in jaipur i plan to stay again.

A Royal Start to the Day at Jai Mahal Palace
Visited Jai Mahal Palace on 4th April, and what an experience it turned out to be — not just for the grandeur of the property, but for something as beautifully simple as an omelette.
Chef Mr. Bhabesh Chandra Barman crafted what I can only describe as a perfectly executed omelette — fluffy, well-seasoned, and made with evident care and skill. It’s rare to find a chef who brings such dedication to a dish that many might consider ordinary. Every bite reflected his mastery and attention to detail.
The setting of Jai Mahal Palace added its own magic — the heritage ambiance, impeccable service, and regal surroundings made the dining experience truly memorable. But it was Chef Bhabesh’s personal touch in the kitchen that elevated the morning to something special.
A true gem of a chef at a truly magnificent palace. Highly recommend experiencing breakfast here, and do not miss the omelette — you’ll know why once you taste it!

We were warmly welcomed at the Taj Jai Mahal Palace Hotel. Ravinder was always there to sort our local travel requirements. The staff in the restaurant were amazing and I would not like to single out any one since all were so good. The breakfast flute relaxing entertainment was very appreciated.
Would suggest that if you wish to make a booking at the Rambagh Palace dining restaurants, the same is reconfirmed once again on arrival as that could be an issue.

I would very happily recommend the Jai Mahal Palace hotel to my friends and I look forward to returning in the future too. Thank you to everyone.

We had an excellent stay at Jai Mahal Palace. We stayed for 2 days and stayed on a Garden facing room.

The service was excellent and we stayed in the hotel. The view was excellent and the food at the restaurant was great.

Staff behaviour was amazing

It was a great experience staying at Jai Mahal. From the welcome, to the room and the food, everything was perfect.
Special thanks to Jyoti for taking care of everything and being there even after her shift. She made our day special with beautiful arrangements at the dinner.
Buffet breakfast was a huge plus because they serve hot from the kitchen instead self service.

We had the most amazing time here, the staff are so incredible and very kind - made us feel very welcome and at home. Aslam, Ayaan, Vikram were great looking after us every morning at breakfast as did everyone throughout our stay :)

Excellent staff and service rendered

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jai Mahal Palace restaurant. Aslam was truly exceptional: genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. He made us feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout. His service was outstanding and really elevated our entire dining experience.

Vikram also stood out with his professionalism and attentiveness. He was very helpful and contributed greatly to the smooth and enjoyable experience. Gagan and Bhumika were courteous and supportive as well, rounding out a great team effort.

A special thanks again to Aslam for going above and beyond. He is amazing and truly deserves all the appreciation!

This was my second stay at the hotel palace for 3 nights. Jai Mahal is absolutely stunning in architecture and gives palace feel moment you step in the lobby. Pooja Kumari - Duty Manager took incredible care of us - right from room ( garden facing) , F&B and generous hospitality extended by Pooja and entire team at the property. It feels like home away from home. I’ll go back soon and thank you Pooja for taking such good care of us. Our mother daughter trip was very memorable thanks to Pooja and team.

It was an amazing stay at Jai Mahal Palace. Firstly Warm welcome done by front office Jyoti and tannu with a warm smile and enthusiasm that's truly special for us and then as I entered and found that the atmosphere of the palace is literally very serene. I was glad to choose this palace to stay. Secondly the most important thing during the stay is the food which was scrumptious and no words to define the grand hospitality of the all staff like from housekeeping to everything was superb as I assumed. Thank you Jai Mahal to make our stay amazing.

We had a fantastic stay in one of the suites. Highlights included the formal welcome, to the beautiful grounds and pool area, the satisfying breakfast, and we were even given a number of small gifts to take home to friends and family after we asked for a nearby gift shop. We would gladly stay again at the Jai Mahal Palace.
