Beautiful property with fantastic atmosphere.
The bellboys were careless, inexperienced, foolish and reckless. They handled my suitcases very poorly, dragging them over the rough stone driveway resulting in the loss of 1 wheel. First time ever that my suitcase was damaged checking into a hotel! Terrible!

The stay at the property was very comfortable. Also had dinner at Marble Arch, and Mr. Monu Singh was very hospitable.
Lovely setting, very nice and comfortable room. Enjoyed lounging by the pool.
Not sure it was worth the price over other, less expensive stays on our trip. Yes it was lovely and comfortable, but food was expensive and very average quality (not as good as at more heritage stays), service for breakfast and dinner was quite slow, laundry was delayed, workout room was hot.
Abhimanyu ji(Check-in), Surender ji(house keeping), Aslam (Restaurant) made our experience outstanding. Their hospitality and care has left a mark and made our experience unforgettable.
Your entire staff from the hotel General Manager, including front office Manager Mr. Gurdav Thakur along with countless other staff including Chefs, servers and housekeepers treated us like royalty.

The food at all the restaurants including cinnamon, marble arch etc was cooked to perfection and overall service was excellent with warmth and courtesy.

I was there at Marble Arch to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The luxurious ambience, warmth is like coming back home after a long, tiring day. Services was top-notch and the staff was very attentive especially Dalveer Ji at the Marble Arch, Ms.Rajshree and Mr. Shiv Mathur.

We really enjoyed all the food at Marble Arch. Every single dish was amazing. Mr. Bhanu and Mr. Sujay were incredibly kind, and the service was excellent. In addition, the view from the garden where we were seated was absolutely beautiful.
Had the best birthday. I did not expect to be treated this way and a suprise bday cake showed up :)

This is one of the best properties in Jaipur to dine at. Marble Arch being my favourite restaurant of all. The food is awesome, ambience is royal and the service is top class. Mr Bhanu, Mr Sumer and Mr Mahendra really did a great job and are managing the restaurant really well. Always a treat to come and dine here.

We had an amazing stay! I traveled with my parents who are 83 and 78 years old and they loved it too. We enjoyed our stay at the Peacock suite, which has 2 beds, a huge bathroom, a living area and a powder room. The hospitality was second to none, right from the doorman to the servers at the restaurant, everyone is always eager to help with a smile on their face. The property itself is beautiful. I would come back in a heartbeat for our next Royal stay!
