Relaxing.
Pros:

The pool area. The Indian restaurant and the Thai restaurant. The cleaning staff always made sure the room was exceptionally clean. The duty manager I forget her name but she was on duty the morning of the 21st she was extremely kind and professional.

I paid advance extra than the bill, but the settlement is still pending. No one in the front office what has happened.

Pros:

Good location and facilities in house. Courteous staff and prompt service. During peak hours expect a slight delay but that should be manageable. Good work by the team. Kudos to Rehan, Renuka, Palak and Tanvi. Also appreciate others whom I could not meet and interact personally. Great efforts by all.

Cons:

Room 1417, phone need to be replaced or repaired. Also in most cases I was unable to reach out to In room dining directly. Not sure what is the issue!!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr nettes höfliches Personal. Pool hat uns super gefallen.
Die U- Bahn Station direkt vorm Hotel mit direkter Verbindung zum Airport

Cons:

Die Wartezeit beim Frühstück bis man platziert wurde.
Die Zimmer haben muffig gerochen, so dass der Geruch in die Klamotten gezogen ist und man den indischen Geruch mit nach Hause genommen hat.
