Disappointing Room and Facilities, rude reception staff but excellent housekeeping and waiting staff
Pros:

The housekeeping staff during the night and the breakfast service team truly went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. after a long flight, and we had booked a triple occupancy room. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, and there was no extra bed provided. When we contacted the receptionist, we were told that no bed was available and that we could instead put a mattress on the floor. They insisted that this was the only option, which was particularly disappointing given that we had specifically booked and paid for triple occupancy.

Additionally, the iron provided in the room was rusted and ended up ruining some of our clothes, which we needed for an important celebration. This was extremely inconvenient and added to an already disappointing experience.

While some members of the staff, particularly the night housekeeping and breakfast team, provided excellent service and went out of their way to make us comfortable, the issues with the room and facilities were unacceptable.

When I upgraded I specifically asked whether there was a one way complimentary airport drop off. Advised yes but when my daughters went to confirm and book a hotel car, the staff said it was not included. So disappointed by this misrepresentation

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing. The hotel appeared to be significantly overbooked, and breakfast had a very long queue with an overcrowded dining area. The breakfast itself was below expectations for a property of this category. Staff seemed overloaded and, as a result, service felt confused and at times lacking in warmth. The property also feels quite dated, and the interiors were heavily perfumed, which I personally found unpleasant.
