Never coming back again to stay.
Pros:

Ordinary 5 star hotel in India

Cons:

The staff, they got us food late and called to waive off the dinner as a courtesy. Next morning, they charged us for the dinner. The ceremony they did at our check-in caused allergy on the neck of our daughter.

Pros:

Exceedingly good hospitality, good ambiance and good location Laxmi was specially very helpful. We got upgrades for club lounge and the experience was great.
We had our dinner at orient express and it was a great experience sitting in a luxury train and having extraordinary food

I wish that I could get loyalty points when I book through alternative platforms (Booking.com).
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous as always. We stayed 3 days and appreciated the variety. Staff are really attentive, I love staying here.

Cons:

We stayed in a standard room for the first night, and then Club room for the other 2 nights. The standard room was great, the Club room was a let down, it felt ages and old. Can't wait for the Club floors to be renovated

Cons:

There was no hot shower in the room. I was very disappointed about that but the room was very good and service was very good and I enjoyed there but shower was cold so I was really very sad for that. Thanks.

Pros:

Lives up to it's 5 star rating mainly because of the facilities and the staff. There are also some really good reasturants there.

Loya great for celebratory dinner!
Pros:

We had a lovely birthday celebration for my wife at Loya in Taj Palace. We were served by Bharat, Chandrashekar and Shivya. Bharat in particular was particularly attentive and took really good care of us. We had a great experience and will recommend this restaurant whole heartedly.

Lovely transit stay at Taj Club house experience
Pros:

Wonderful experience as was the 1st stay at this property.
I must admit the Taj club package is a nicely crafted experience.
I wish I could have stayed longer to relish more hospitality ,however thanks again to entire staff in hotel to make our short transit experience wonderful.

Difficult to explain in words the feeling...it was just awesome
Pros:

One of the best experiences i have had, it was my wife's 50th birthday and i will always be thankful to Taj Palace Delhi the way it was organised executed and has given us lifetime golden memories.
