Lovely hotel but the upgrade to Taj club is not worth it.
Pros:

I liked the venue, however I upgraded to Taj club and it wasn’t worth it. I was also charged twice and the refund had still not been paid back. Notwithstanding that I have asked numerous times for the over inflated blocked credit card amount, over and above the actual incurred costs, to date and nearly a week later I have still not received any feedback about my refund. The hotel was quick to block my card but no response regarding my refund. This is even after I phoned the financial department the night of my departure. I am now going to check into the Taj Palace in Mumbai as from 4 April and I hope I will not have the same experience.

Cons:

That they block your card with an over inflated amount and then deduct a second actual amount when you check out. The refund has still not been deposited into my credit card nearly a week after.

Pros:

Location and reception and food and bedroom.

Cons:

The pool men were absolutely great however they don't have enough umbrellas for shade for guests and they have to work hard to kept guest in the shade. They looked after myself and daughter but please please buy them some more umbrellas.
Wine more expensive than other Dehli hotels we stayed in.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé
Pros:

Trés bon hôtel, idéalement situé au sud de la ville, non loin de l’aéroport, mais à une distance acceptable des curiosités de la ville. Belle chambre moderne, avec salle de bain spacieuse, bon petit déjeuner et belle piscine en prime. Grand hôtel avec de nombreuses chambres.

Cons:

Beaucoup de passage dans les espaces communs, mais c’est normal, vu la taille de l’hôtel

Cons:

Staffs in the reception and breakfast need to keep well educated one of especially women staff no manners at all they don’t even no how to communicate with people who is waiting to talk. They will not even tell u properly looks weak in communication . Hotel is good and neat , luxury. But the staffs need to learn how to behave well and manners they seems not educated well . Bcs of the staffs I will not even come to this hotel again.
