Good but can be better. Buffet was very crowded for Saturday breakfast

Amazing location and accessibility. Great lobby area

Cons:

My room wasn’t cleaned well. There were garbage lying on floor from previous guest under the table. Plant vase water was stale. Accidentally it fell and water spilled and the smell was horrible of water stinking as it was probably not changed for may be a week.

Pros:

Had the best Indian culinary experience with Mr. Chandrasekhar and Mr. Sumit. The cocktails were sublime and the dishes were great. A great way to experience the beauty of Indian cuisine matched with the royalty of the Taj.

Rooms, location and pool area, blu bar

Cons:

The food and service at the chinese restaurant spicy duck was not good.

Specifically the service was very slow. After waiting for almost 20 mins we had to ourselves ask for the menu, then main course also took its own sweet time. Even water was served after asking during the main course ( which is ideally served when the guest is seated). House of Ming at taj mansingh is way way ahead in terms of food taste, service and hospitality.

Except for the above overall good experience.

Excellent Guest Relations by Khusboo and love the lift man Gulab?

Always had such great stay here and for me Khusboo stands out all the time such warm welcome and politeness truly Taj!

The lift man sorry I forgot the name but think is Gulab is awesome always remembers our name shame I forgot not good!

Gym is excellent and never used the pool looks great though. Breakfast expect long que if ur not an early person as it’s in a business area of Delhi.

Extremely comfortable and great service.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast spread. Great hospitality- staff are really hardworking and courteous. Location is ideal.

Cons:

The bathtub was quite complicated to operate. The pool had bits of food that the birds had dropped as it’s outdoors. I know it’s beyond control but there was an entire sausage in the water. 😊 I stayed alone and requested a queen size bed but got a twin instead.
