Pros:

The stay and the facilities along with lounge were good and comfortable.
Reception and house keeping staff were helpful.
Special mention to Mr Hava Singh at concierge desk. Went out of his way to help in all ways possible.

This was my first stay at a Taj property and, having heard so many good things, I was disappointed that the service felt inefficient and some staff interactions lacked basic politeness.

Good for business trips, not for holidays
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Dinner was not so good, and options were limited for vegetarians. I did however discuss this with management who did then change my allocated restaurant to something more suitable

Cons:

Some individual staff were not as accommodating as others. In 2025 we stayed at Taj Mahal in Delhi and the experience was very different to this. Which was a shame as that I would consider outstanding. Nothing nearby, so needed to taxi everywhere.
