Amazing
Pros:

Taj is a great place to stay!
Pros:

Everything was fine, including the air purifier which is essential for the bad air quality of Delhi.

The bathroom service was very nice, the staff prepared my bath with rose petals and bubble, a truly great experience!

The place was good however the location was far from few places , the roads around were not great but the facilities at the hotel were good

Cons:

Be careful they charge ridiculous amount of money for laundry, better to get it done outside at a laundry mat

Needs a refurb, furniture well passed sell by date. Club lounge food was appaling. Really surprised by this Taj as all others I’ve stayed in have been 5* - this is 4 and tired

Beautiful hotel, but watch out if you hate cigarette smoke.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with stylish rooms and fantastic restaurants.

Cons:

Although we booked a no smoking room (essential for us) it was pretty obvious, as the night wore on, that the room has been smoked in - the smell of stale smoke was in the bedding and curtains. This was very disappointing indeed, and would stop us returning
