Great Hotel
Pros:

What a nice surprise tucked away behind Mels diner.
Hotel staff were the nicest and accommodating to us.
Mostly older people very quiet pool overlooking the
lake was beautiful.

Good choice - shame about the breakfast
Pros:

Good location, great having a nice diner next door. Plenty of parking. Good size bedroom with comfortable beds and good quality bedding. Very clean room.

Cons:

Even after providing all the check in information in advance we still had to provide again at check in.
Breakfast poor. Very unimaginative and basic. Really does need a rethink ! Not even peanut butter or bananas.
Tea and coffee provided all day but often cold.

Pros:

This was our second stay (both 10 days). Overall was a good stay!

Cons:

This year the pool was not heated like previous years. It was a problem that we could not use it as that was among the reasons why we chose this place.
They said heater is broken but we were there 10 days and no one attempted any repairs.
The lady at the reception desk (very nice) but did not speak English so we could not communicate.
