Courtney and Kish made it the most wonderful experience the moment we walked thru the doors.
Pros:

I try to always stay at Holiday Inn Express wherever i travel if I am making the accommodations and not staying with family.

Cons:

Some guests were taking more of their share of breakfast items, leaving others to wait.

Pros:

Your staff must communicate better. We showed up...they had given me 2 rooms for 1 nite instead of 1 room for 2 nites. The second day I was there, when I approached the desk about my bill..they thought I was checking in...AGAIN? One hand didn't know what the other was doing! Didn't need the stress. Too many hotel options in the area for me to have to deal with this nonsense. I'll stay elsewhere. Suggest you do the same!

The parking lot was a disaster. Lots of trash, broken concrete, dead plants.

The room and dining area were well-kept and comfortable.

Cons:

The lack of supervision of the pool area, with several children throwing projectiles with little regard for others in the pool and adults opening drinking from prohibited cans and bottles.

Overall the facility has a lot of potential, but seemed to lack the daily maintenance needed to keep the hotel in better
Pros:

The facility was easily accessible to the St. Pete airport and public transportation. We also liked the vinyl plank floors instead of carpet.

Cons:

The facility needs maintenance. The ceiling in our room was cracked and stained from water damage, and there were tiny ants in the bathroom. The pool needed to be cleaned also.

De paso, así fuimos nosotros y es una grata sorpresa. Muy limpio, cómodo y nuevo. Perfecto para lo que vienes. Marcas buenas en los productos de higiene, buen desayuno. Muy bien.
