Great stay, loved the pool area.
Pros:

They had great options for a continental breakfast. They even had some gluten free options, which was nice. Definitely had a good variety.

Cons:

I liked most everything. If I had to choose something, it would be that the dining space was a little crowded.

Great place overall
Pros:

Very clean and great location to drive to Tampa! The breakfast was also a nice touch. Staff was very friendly except for one who was working Tuesday night, 4/28. That person had a very cross attitude. But the rest of the staff were very friendly and lovely.

Cons:

It was steeper in price given the concert that was happening this weekend, but that’s to be somewhat expected. The doors are paper-thin so be prepared to hear people talking or other guests’ doors slamming closed. Other than that, it was great.

Pros:

Hotel is very new ( or recently fully remodeled) so exceptionally clean. No gray stinky carpet nonsense. Part of ICOT so lots of food and coffee options for your morning espresso. Quiet, nice pond around with fountains for a walk. Beds are comfortable. Pool area looked nice.

Cons:

I thought the price point was way off as it's a clean albeit super basic hotel, but there was a game in town so the hotel was sold out.

I request a crib and the fold out ready ... or at least bedding ready....had to go to the deck 2 times to get everyone settled for the night when I waas told it would be ready for our stay.

Outstanding value for the price!
Pros:

Staff at check in was very accomodating and friendly as we requested an early check in. Room was very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast did not look that appealing. But staff was attentive and kept area clean.
