Won't be back.
Pros:

Your staff must communicate better. We showed up...they had given me 2 rooms for 1 nite instead of 1 room for 2 nites. The second day I was there, when I approached the desk about my bill..they thought I was checking in...AGAIN? One hand didn't know what the other was doing! Didn't need the stress. Too many hotel options in the area for me to have to deal with this nonsense. I'll stay elsewhere. Suggest you do the same!

Convenient location and price
Pros:

The room and dining area were well-kept and comfortable.

Cons:

The lack of supervision of the pool area, with several children throwing projectiles with little regard for others in the pool and adults opening drinking from prohibited cans and bottles.

Overall the facility has a lot of potential, but seemed to lack the daily maintenance needed to keep the hotel in better
Pros:

The facility was easily accessible to the St. Pete airport and public transportation. We also liked the vinyl plank floors instead of carpet.

Cons:

The facility needs maintenance. The ceiling in our room was cracked and stained from water damage, and there were tiny ants in the bathroom. The pool needed to be cleaned also.

De paso, así fuimos nosotros y es una grata sorpresa. Muy limpio, cómodo y nuevo. Perfecto para lo que vienes. Marcas buenas en los productos de higiene, buen desayuno. Muy bien.

Cons:

Morgendliches Anrufen des Personals und wieder Auflegen, ohne Entschuldigung.
Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr spärlich, mehr fertig Abgepacktes, zweimal wurde Hafermilch angekündigt und dann behauptet sie hätten es nicht. Sehr enttäuschend.
Die Türen sind sehr dünn und lassen Licht durch. Dadurch ist es sehr hellhörig. Die Türen haben keinen Dämpfer, sodass jedes Zuschlagen der Tür auf dem Flur gehört wird.
Abzug im Bad zieht kaum ab.
