When I checked in my room, I received a message from the staff about the quality of my room. That let me know at that time, if there had been any issues, they could've made corrections at that time. They value their customers comfort.

Overall, the front desk staff was very attentive & the cleaning crewwas polite and moved in silence.
Pros:
