Out of my expectations
The staff were patient and helpful in spite of my limited Mandarin. They went out of their way to help me , particularly in the restaurant, but also at reception and in my room.
The location wis is ideal for the metro, an easy walk away and for did trips across the city.
There was nothing that i didn't like.
I enjoyed the location and the comfort of rooms. The breakfast was okay. It's nearby a park about 30min walk away and a bunch of little shops.
I would have liked the option to have western food and not just Chinese for lunch or dinner in the restaurant that is connected to it.

Staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was excellent. Metro within 5 minutes walk and can get to/from airport with one easy change.

a bit far from metro station, but I could rent bike or scooter to get around so not a big issue
Super clean, rooms are huge and breakfast was decently good. Washing basin is outside the toilet and the showers are separated which is convenient & cleaner.
WiFi didn't work for me but just a small thing
Friendly staff, easy check-in. Good value stay. No problems at all. It is in the middle of town so make sure that is where you want to be..
Locals don't get the non-smoking side of things, people smoking on our floor. Hotels really need non-smoking levels and enforce it better. Very hot in our room as well.
Staff was great. Even though they don’t serve dinner, they made sure we got it. They translated for us and ordered carry out from a restaurant nearby. Breakfast was an absolute amazing smorgasbord with great variety.
Big room & spacious
We could not adjust temperature of air conditioning. It was set as 25 so it was too hot for us.
The staffs are very helpful, the breakfast is good, and it is very clean.
There is no refrigerator or fruit like Holiday Inn branches in other cities. Water is limited, but at the end of the day they give 4 bottles. Breakfast should start at 6:30.
The location is nearby to a subway station.
The staff are nice, they upgraded us and allowed us to do a late checkout.
