Pool was clean
The excercise room was closed and equipment was torn out and laying around. I specifically asked for a handicap acessible room online and it showed a tub handicap accessible but it was not, although it did have grab bars we were put on the third floor during a torential rain storm and the electric went out several times. Even though you have only three handicap rooms it should have been not available online. you do not put a handicap person on the third floor period!! Bad management, lacks maintenance upkeep.

The sweet lady at the front desk was very friendly, and worked with me to get an issue with my reservation resolved and confirmed.
I liked our stay. We arrived late at night, and encountered an issue with our reservation, which the desk clerk worked very diligently to figure out the issue. Even held our room till I could resolve the issue.
She was very nice and patient throughout the process.
Convenience to highway

Easily assessable to interstate. Clean. Is actually a really nice hotel.
Staff could have been friendlier… or just friendly. Ribs the hospitality industry so at least a smile would have been nice. They weren’t rude but definitely wasn’t friendly.

The carpet in the hallway smelled. The shower looked old and stained. One of the towels was stained or dirty. When we sat one of the beds, it became un-level and unusable.
There was some mold in the bathtub
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The hotel was convienentley located to the center of town and there was plenty of places to get a snack. breakfast was nice.
I really can not say way I did not like. our room did face the back of the building over looking to pool and the lights being on all night did act as a night light in the room and I do like my room pitch black.. but it is was ok.
Location and being clean
The mattress was horrible. I thought I was me at my age of 67 but my granddaughter woke during the night also in pain from the discomfort of the mattress. Last time I stayed there in December 2025 did not have the same experience. I could hardly walk from room 215 mattress.

The pool area needs more attention to detail with cleaning the grounds. noticed bird dropping and a stray cat.
