TV not plugged in, but then had to exchange remote to get it to work. No fridge.

Room was clean, remote didn’t work for tv and I never called to ask for it to be fixed as I was there to sleep and go. Room is clean and serviceable but not fancy or new
I did not get the room I requested, so I was disappointed.
I had a difficult time with getting the TV to open to a channel. The staff at the front desk were friendly, check in and out went well.

I recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Marianna and was disappointed with the experience. The first room I was given had visibly dirty comforters with stains and what looked like hand and foot marks. I requested a different room, and while the second room had clean bedding, the overall cleanliness still left much to be desired—especially in the corners, where dirt had built up like it hadn’t been mopped properly.
The first impression walking up to the room was also poor. The door was filthy, giving the feeling of walking into a mechanic’s garage rather than a hotel room. There was definitely no “love at first sight.”
On the positive side, the staff was kind and helpful. However, the complimentary breakfast was very limited—just coffee, bread, cookies, and cereal, with no protein options at all.
It’s disappointing to see a hotel under the Wyndham name kept in this condition. I only stayed here because I’m a member, but this experience has me seriously considering switching my loyalty and focusing on earning points with my Hilton membership instead.
It was disappointing to have a filthy room with cigarette burns on the comforter, the mini fridge didn't work so our food went bad, towels were dingy & stained, bathroom covered in grime and the pool was filled with dirt, cigarettes & yellow water. Everything was gross

The toilet was loud and not secure to the floor light wasn’t working the room wasn’t comfortable enough for me but it did what it suppose to do I guess
One towel that was dirty, electrical outlet hanging out of wall with exposed wires, when told at checkout was asked if the towel was wet, since it wasn’t they’d fold it and hang back up. Shower knob always broken and wouldn’t stay hot. Bed felt like concrete with straw on it.

Although the 1 staff member we saw tried his best and eventually gave us a new room our first room did not have a comforter and the sheet was just thrown on. New room was missing towels and pillow cases. Not to mention the toilet was not clean. No ice. Phone in room did not work so I spent the first hour walking back and forth to gather items needed and switching rooms.
The hotel is dirty and in disrepair. We had three rooms and all three had black mold growing in the bathroom tub. Two of the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though they were booked as "non-smoking" rooms. As soon as I checked in, the staff who checked me in ran ahead of me with a can of air freshener and saturated the rooms which made the smell even worse. The beds were very uncomfortable. The mini fridge had brown splatters all over the interior. The shower head "dumped" water out in one stream like it was a tub faucet and the "white" shower curtain was yellowed for about a foot up from the bottom and had a horrible smell. The bed frame was bigger than the mattress and stuck out causing injury to our shins from running into it. If we had not gotten there late and had to be up early for an event we would not have stayed. This is quite possibly the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced and I'm "grandma" age. Never again, Wyndham.
