Pros:

The staff is so sweet every thing was great the food the room cleanness I just love it that why we always come back to stay at Best Western and we will continue to come back every time

Pros:

Breakfast was free and had a good variety for Hotel breakfast. They even had biscuits and gravy, bonus. It was a quiet relaxing stay, great after 12 hours of driving.

Pros:

Breakfast was really good here. They had a yogurt machine with fresh fruit and the pre-made omelettes and home fries were tasty.

Cons:

I believe this hotel is under construction. The lobby was a mess as they were putting new furniture in it. Our room looked like it was being prepped to be painted as the walls had several areas where you could see old paint and plaster. We had the room with the spa in it, there was also a lounging chair that was really out of place. It cost over $300 for two nights which I think is a little steep for a room that was in the process of being renovated.

The customer service was great

Cons:

I booked a room with a garden tub. Expecting it to be, well in a bathroom. But it was inconveniently placed inside the bedroom area right up against the bed. Along with a worn out chase lounge. I mean really it took the place of the second bed. For some may seem ideal. But nothing like we had thought it would be. It was tacky and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to family without being so far away. Nice facility. The walk in shower was great once you figure out how topi work the double heads on the shower. No complaints at all

Cons:

The parking. If you come back to the room after a certain time you have to park away from your room because others have your space already. I wish it was more places to sit instead of just on the bed. The chase was too big for the room it took up a lot of space. In my opinion

Pros:

The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The room smelt musty and everything had a damp feeling to it. There was trash still in the fridge that smelled pretty bad and made the fridge unusable. The beds... They make SOOOO much noise when you move just a little. It's not just a squeaky springs, it's such a loud noise. Luckily I am a heavy sleeper but my kids weren't so lucky... All of that made the $144 price not worth it but hey, the breakfast was good 🤷

Pros:

The price/value was very good. The room did not have any carpet. I prefer no carpet bc it is cleaner. Overall the room was nice and clean and included a microwave and mini fridge. Parking was easy and near our room. The shower seemed new and was clean. The location was close to where we needed to go, and very convenient. We were visiting family for the holiday, but there are plenty of stores, restaurants, and other shops as well as being near places to put your boat in the lake. The staff was friendly, amd the lobby and breakfast area was clean. The breakfast included had a great variety of foods, juices, and good coffee. There were free toiletries in the room , the basics, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. Also there were other items available like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor kit, etc. that were free upon request. Even though we didn't use the extras, it was good to know that they were available, a nice touch. I liked thst there were beverages, snacks and other convenient items for sale in the lobby.

Cons:

The mattresses were comfortable, but the metal frames of the beds made noise whenever you moved. When you rolled over or sat up or got in or out of the bed, it sounded like walking across the bleachers in a school gymnasium. There was a sort of musty smell when you walked into the room, but it wasn't really offensive. It was the smell of an older building. Neither of these are deal breakers for me.

Pros:

Vīb Best Western

Unfortunately, my stay at Vīb Best Western was not a pleasant experience. Upon entering the room, there was a strong moldy, mildew-like odor that immediately made the space feel unclean. The overall cleanliness of the room was below standard and very disappointing.

The towels had visible stains, and the sheets were extremely uncomfortable and unappealing. I felt so uneasy that I went out and purchased my own sheet just to feel somewhat comfortable sleeping. I even ended up cleaning the room myself, which should never be necessary as a paying guest.

To make matters worse, I woke up with bites the next morning, which caused significant concern. Because of these conditions, I spent more time outside of the hotel than in my room, simply because it did not feel clean or safe.

I expected much better from a Best Western property. Sadly, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or comfort, and I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Pleasant stay but it was a tired hotel and I expected batter from the Best Western brand givenbi paid $50 over other sim

Cons:

Needs a good clean up. Cigarette ends by the pool. My non-smoking room had a stale smoke smell. Nobody had smoked in it. It was probably a smoking room many years ago and still had that old smell.
