Cons:

La pésima atención de las 2 mujeres de recepción. No habla español ni
se esmeran x ayudarte.
Wifi nunca tuve.
Línea telefónica para llamar a recepción tampoco. No pude trabajar.
Lejos de la playa, a 15 minutos de auto. NO VOLVERÍA
Reposeras y sombrillas rotas. Un desastre.

Pros:

Nice room. Good shower. Fresh towels daily. Good air con.

Cons:

Pool Bar was closed Sundays and Mondays. That was 2 of our 4 days.. This was inconvenient for pool users. Would be better for the pool bar to be open daily and would be good if pool bar also sold snacks.

I like the proximity to the beaches and recently found out about the free shuttle service which was very nice

Cons:

I wish the outdoor seating area was maintained more and kept clean it just was very unappealing and I wanted to use it the hit tub was not hot and no jets

We had a really great time with our stay and had an enjoyable experience.
Pros:

How it partners up with the shuttle service (Johnnys) and the price of stay was very reasonable.

Cons:

The bathtub had some mildew/mold, not crazy but noticeable

Definitely close to the Beach And the staff was awesome
Pros:

Proximity to the beach and shopping
Grace and Keisha were awesome
They had a chair I could use for the beach
They had an Italian food truck by the pool that had brick oven pizza and more choices it was delicious

Great Hotel! Location perfect , Comfy, clean & Dog friendly.
Pros:

Stayed here again, as we are doing family vacation. We absolutely love the location & the staff can’t be beat. They are friendly n helpful and always quick to ask us if we need anything. Lyn, the bartender/server was a sweetheart to my son at the pool, and made a great pina colada! Rooms are comfy & the fact they are dog friendly makes it our number 1 pick, when in town .
