I have been a loyal customer to Comfort Inn Hotel thru out the Country. Sarasota is very good
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The maintenance staff was on task to repair some items that needed attention. Breakfast was adequate, As a hotel chain the menu could be upgraded.

Pros:

We had a late check in time scheduled. Hudson, front desk attendant, called us when we missed our check in time to make sure everything was okay. He was very helpful and professional.

Good location for what we needed, but could use a little TLC
Pros:

This hotel was a great location for its proximity to Nathan Benderson Park so that was great. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and seamless and the front desk clerk seemed eager to help us in any way.

Cons:

The room we stayed in could really use updating. It was clean enough, but definitley felt like the hotel overall had had some hard use. Seemed very dated and there were stains on the chair in our room.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

We go to Sarasota yearly in January for a National Stamp Exhibition. Due to renovations the venue changed this year, so we also changed hotels to be closer. This was a great choice from beginning to end. The front desk staff was the nicest, most helpful of any hotel we've been too. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfast room was kept filled with good choices and tables quickly cleaned when vacated. We will definitely stay here next year!
