COST $335 FOR 5 HOURS SLEEP AND ANOTHER $350 FOR A BROKEN WINDOW DONE WHILE ASLEEP

YOU HAD ROOM IN YOUR HOTEL AND PARKING LOT FOR OUR COMPANY TRUCK AND TRAILER

Cons:

IT WAS FRUSTRATING---MY EMPLOYEES DID NOT GET THERE UNTIL ABOUT MIDNIGHT AND YOU DO NOT TAKE CASH WHICH IS ALL THEY HAD. THEY CALLED ME AND I TRIED TO PUT IT ON MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS TOLD WE COULD NOT DO THAT UNLESS THE CARD WAS PRESENT. I ASKED IF I COULD DO IT THROUGH BOOKING.COM, IT WAS NOT SUGGESTED, BUT THE LADY SAID THAT WOULD BE OK. MY EMPLOYEES WERE BACK TO WORK AT 5:30 IN THE MORNING AND THE TRUCK PASSENGER SIDE DOOR WINDOW WAS BROKEN OUT BY VANDALS----NO SECURITY OR EVEN CAMERAS ON PROPERTY---EVEN FAKE CAMERAS MIGHT DETER THIEFS IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD REAL SECURITY.

Pros:

Location was good, except no light to help turn into the hotel drive from the opposite side of the parkway.

Cons:

Carpeting in our room needed serious shampooing in the high traffic areas. Would have appreciated a heads-up about the room being an adjoining room. Our noisy neighbors were up at 4 a.m.

I was not happy at all. I should have been comp for at least one night. I got no sleep at all.

Did not eat the breakfast

Cons:

The people in the room next door was playing loud music and front desk was notified twice and then the floor in the room had water coming from under it from the bathroom shower.
