I will never stay in one of these hotels again. Looked like section 8 leaving.
Pros:

The best thing about this place is the location and cheap, but I learned on this stay that cheap isn't what I will be booking next time.

Cons:

To start the door entering from the parking lot was not lockable because the wire was cut, roaches in the hallway and killed one in the restroom. Hot water only for a very short time. I ask for room to be clean they changed the towels only.

Disappointed the pool was closed.

The pool was closed the entire stay. That was one main reason that hotel was chosen and we were not told until checking in.

Wonderful and comfortable stay overall
Pros:

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable and provided plenty of space for our family of three. The bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked and ready for use. Breakfast was very good, and my daughter was particularly happy with the baked potatoes and Cheerios.

Cons:

While the overall stay was pleasant, I did notice a couple of cockroaches in the lobby during my visit. This was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise clean and comfortable experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue to maintain a higher standard of cleanliness in the common areas.

Very good value for the room size and free breakfast, and the staff was great.
Pros:

Literally every staff member was incredibly friendly.
Great location in regard to Ameris Amphitheater.
Room was huge and had fridge, stove, and dishwasher.
Breakfast was very good (sausage, eggs, pancakes, etc.)

Cons:

Maybe could have used a touch up in places, but it still seemed clean.
Don’t understand $6 to park but not a huge deal.

The main reason I booked this hotel was the advertised swimming pool, as we were visiting during very hot weather and planned to spend time by the pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were told that the pool was closed. This information was not disclosed when booking, and had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel.

The room also had significant noise from air-conditioning equipment located behind a thin wall, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, a bright flashing light from a smoke detector/fire alarm was positioned directly above the bed and was distracting throughout the night.

I was also surprised that the hotel charged $6 per night for parking. Given that there was plenty of available space and a large shopping mall parking lot directly across the street, this fee felt unnecessary.

These issues significantly affected our stay and led us to leave after the first night.

I'd recommed this North Point location to anyone!
Pros:

I truly liked everything about this location. Breakfast was amazing every day, place was always clean and smelled great, staff were very friendly, rooms were top notch especially the smart TV's and strong internet connection. By far the best extended stay I've ever stayed at

Location, good price, and comfortable room.

Cons:

The breakfast lacks variety; it’s always the same thing. The sofa bed doesn't have a quality mattress, so we ended up sleeping on the springs 😔 They could improve this, because the hotel is actually good.
