Pros:

I liked the practically downtown location as well as proximity to the UG campus.
I liked the 7-10 weekend hours of the breakfast.
We liked the very short drive to our concert venue (Akins Ford Arena) and 5 minute walk to get coffee & tea.
Everything looked and felt clean.
The front desk gave us complimentary toothpaste since we forgot ours.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that room rates were much more than advertised. I also did not like having to pay extra simply to park in a crowded parking lot. The part of the lot squeezed in behind the hotel was difficult to get out of. The bathroom was tiny and had no soap but it was clean and suited our needs.
