Lucky to visit on off season times
Pros:

Great location and clean

Cons:

It is such a shame that you gouge the prices so much when there are UGA activities on campus. The greed you display is disappointing. As long as we come on off times for the college the rates are very reasonable otherwise definitely not.

Very clean. Comfy beds. Convenient location.

Cons:

Strange hotel layout but workable. Need more ice machines. Breakfast was not the greatest. Apple and orange juices were empty, biscuits were a little hard and not everyone likes turkey sausage.

Great affordable hotel in walking distance to downtown Athens!
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, bed and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and location was excellent! We were able to walk too many stores bars, and restaurants in downtown Athens. Will definitely stay again!

I had a good night sleep for the day visit. It was to bad I couldn’t use the pool because it was not clean.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast is decent.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the pool and appearance of the pool area. The pool was not clean. It’s unfortunate the area is not one of there priorities. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool and it was disappointing. The rooms are very small and they are under staffed.

Satisfied. Staff very polite and courteous

Rooms was clean. Breakfast was very good

I though i had free parking, I was told i did not at check in. Parking lot design is very odd

Great beds, decent breakfast, still charged additionally for parking.
Pros:

Beds were amazing. Bfast was slightly higher quality than typical hotel breakfasts. Could walk downtown, even though Brod street was busy and loud.

Cons:

Noise, there were multiple elevators. Paid extra for parking, $10/ day so not bad but such a drag!
