The rooms were clean and the people there was very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

The lawnmower guy threw a rock in her window and busted it while he was mowing. They actually had us move our truck so we wouldn’t get a rock through the window and we got a rock through the window. The owner just took over the property and are going to pay for a new window. The ice machine wasn’t working until two hours after I was there and then I forgot so I didn’t get ice and the mirrors need to be washed a little bit better otherwise it was perfectly clean.

Will be the place I stay when visiting family. Have stayed at all hotels and this one is the best out of them all.

Renovation

They did not have a pool or gym as advertised. The tv and internet was out majority of our stay.

Awful!!! Do not stay here. Advertise pool, no pool. Dirty, blood on the wall, freezer and fridge absolutely disgusting. Continental breakfast I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Make sure you don’t speak to management, they will say you are wrong. Beds are on boxes that are too small. In my bottom 3 hotels I’ve stayed in ever. And it smells like mold/mildew.

I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge located at 1100 Express Lane, Jesup, GA 31546 on May 10, 2025.

Upon arriving at the property, it was immediately apparent that the hotel was undergoing renovations. While this initially made me uneasy, the manager reassured me during check-in that I would be staying in the newly completed building, which provided some comfort.

Unfortunately, upon entering the room, it became clear that the building was still in a state of significant disarray. As a professional in the property management industry, I was genuinely surprised that this structure had passed inspection and received a certificate of occupancy. In my opinion, the current condition presents a potential safety risk, and I strongly recommend that an inspection be conducted as soon as possible to ensure guest safety.

Do not stay at this hotel! I have pictures of no smoke detector's in my room and, no working fire detectors or pull stations in the common areas.

beds old and hard,outlets not working, no elevator, poor pillows.

The building my room was still being renivated this timethere were workers hanging out with the door opened so you as a guest could see them everytime you entered the building just hanging out eating while the doors were kept open i fould in their renivations they reused their old towels they had worn spots from being used many times before same old refrigeraters with worn out areas onthe front no knobs to regulete the build up of frost the room was remodled better then the last room but the gap under the door and around the door not being a good fit let bugs in your room found soom roaches hiding in the showerwhen i was going to use it as soon and uncomfortable as i was about trying to go to sleep i checked out and hit the road ealier then i want just couldnt sleep not knowing what could show up next if a hotel is being renivated to make it better just seems it should be newer then it was if you see dumpsters all around run away i thought this trip would be a chace to redeem the hotel it wasnt

The property manager and his team were very welcoming and helpful. The place was quiet and pleasant. I spend two nights there had no problem. I will recommend:)

The room i was put in needed to be finished remodeling part of the ceiling needed to be finished looked so bad there was walpaper coming off the walls the fridge ha ice built up not only in the freezer but fridgerater had no knob to adjust the temperacter

The room had a stale kind of mold smell. There were roaches. The bathroom light was loud. The bed was comfortable. The rate from the rooms were different than what I was told.
