Smooth arrival
Pros:

Nova made check in quick and efficient. I had drove for over 4 hours and the first impression was he was very pleasant and thank me for being an IHG member

Best Hotel stay in years
Pros:

Best hotel stay in a long time. We were there for a 9 year old baseball tournament. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well kept. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and the lady that ran that even opened a few minutes early on Saturday so the boys could eat before their early game. If in the area I would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Friendly, attentive and welcoming staff. Modern and spacious rooms

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned thorougly. They cleaned my room again after I complained but there was still hair left from previous customers on the sink and towels. Breakfast can definitely be improved

Overall, a good value, clean, bright, nice breakfast, centrally located for shopping and restaurants
Pros:

The Breakfast was top notch and our server/staff person was excellent. Everything was delicious, the area was clean, and all items were stocked up, hot and fresh. She was Cheerful, friendly, and seemed to enjoy her work. Very Pleasant experience.
I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel and our room. Everything felt fresh.

Cons:

Nothing that can be done about this particular hotel, but the rooms are a little claustrophobic. There is barely enough space to turn around and no place to sit. Another couple of feet in general space of the room would do wonders.
