Was very clean

Sufficient amenities for price in quality location.

The hotel was very clean & comfortable, but needed an upgrade on its tv service! Continental breakfast was acceptable!

It was nice, but there was construction going on during the day and renovation.

There wasn’t any cable tv, (supposedly upgrading) room was very dirty, candy, crumbs, screws, all over the floor. There wasn’t enough towels for 4 of us to shower, the “breakfast” was stale cereal, stale bagels or make your own waffle. (We typically love hotel breakfasts but this was horrible!) The pool water was super cloudy.

Upon entering the hotel looked nice. Once walked down the hallway to our room, the carpet was dirty. When got into our room, it had a funky smell. The room looked like it was not cleaned. The beds were not up clean completely, they looked they were slept in and not tidy. There was visible dirt on the carpet, when you lifted the toilet seat there was hair, the shower dirty.
I said something to the desk girl and just rolled her eyes. I said forget it. It was just 1 night to sleep and then continue to our vacation destination.

Price was great. Pool was fun for the whole family. Breakfast was good enough for each morning- waffles were yummy! Was close to tons of restaurants etc.

Overall the staff service is excellent for the price. We got everything we needed. The only thing that was not good was the bathroom, it was lightly cleaned.

Air conditioner did not work, staff was very rude, had a problem and they would not help us pointed us to Expedia. Would never stay here again and can’t recommend anyone to stay here either, the pictures make it look nice but it’s far from that

The tv service was out so we could not see current news or weather channel! However, the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable!

This was a very nice, cimfortable room with several amenities.

The location was perfect for our one night stay. The room was comfy.
The negatives were: the tv didn’t allow us to watch anything but PlutoTV, nothing live. Breakfast was disappointing: a hotel full of people and we went down at 7:30am and there was ONE yogurt (not cold), 2 pieces of bread and coffee.

Pool was excellent. Needed more outdoor chairs. Rooms were great.

Very nice stay. We went for the pool and unfortunately the pool was unavailable. It also said a full breakfast buffet and there was cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles. That's it. The receptionist was incredible. Rooms were very clean and nice. We got a suite for 5 people and the stay was very comfortable.

It wasn’t very clean, the toilet ran all night, remote didn’t work so no tv even after asking about it. No sheets or pillowcases for couch bed in room. There was coffee and cups in the room, but no pot. They also didn’t have breakfast. No one at front desk. Elevator did not work and had to be reset.
