Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Multiple guests praised rooms as very clean and housekeeping thorough, but at least one guest reported a roach and there were mentions of construction-related dirt/sounds—overall slightly below top marks.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful (front desk, reception and breakfast teams praised); extended pool time and helpful event hospitality noted.
Location
9.4
Frequently highlighted as excellent: close to restaurants, shopping and campus, easy access and convenient for events/college visits.
Room Quality
8.4
Large, comfortable rooms and beds noted, but some functional issues reported (broken elevator affecting access, a door that didn't fully close for some rooms, fridge lacked freezer, and at least one pest report).
Amenities
8
Pool and provided towels were appreciated; breakfast amenities good overall. However elevator outage, parking lot condition and lack of in-room freezer/fridge limitations lowered this score.
Value for Money
9.3
Many guests called the hotel affordable and felt value was strong given cleanliness and location; isolated comments about a recent price increase/cost concern were present but not dominant.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast frequently described as excellent with good variety and 24/7 coffee availability praised; some critiques: weak coffee, limited healthier options, and a few disliked items (bacon/sausage).
Overall Experience
9
Majority of reviews describe an excellent or wonderful stay, with repeat bookings likely; minor issues noted but did not substantially detract from overall positive stays.

Cons:

Nichts
