The location of the hotel

Bathroom was a little shoddy with gaps in the baseboards. Stained/dirty coffee maker and no vending or ice on 2nd floor.
Only one elevator, and if you take the stairs, you have to walk through the smoking section to get to non-smoking.

Despite the problems above I will stay there again as it is really the only place in town.
Pros:

You really can't eat a peaceful breakfast. People staying there for the local work sites in the area, mob the breakfast bar and empty it like a school of piranhas. The food is not quick to be refilled as well as the mob getting the food are rude, they cut in front of you with no apology. Reminds me of growing up on the ranch when I would feed the chickens, just no civilized organization in which the mob gets its food. I tried waiting until they might be gone but most the food was gone and not refilled, even though it was still 45 mins until breakfast time was over. I've just started going to McDonalds for breakfast.

Cons:

My AC would make noise all night long off and on again. It would make noise, wake me up then stop in five minutes. Thing was it would start back up shortly after I dozed off again.
