The stay was beyond my expectations from the property lobby and room.
Pros:

I honestly had a really comfortable stay at the Country Inn & Suites on the Southside. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and made check-in super easy. You can tell they actually care about making guests feel welcome.

The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the bed was really comfortable (which is always my biggest test when traveling). It was also surprisingly quiet at night, so I was able to get a great night’s sleep.

The location is convenient too — close to everything you might need without feeling busy or chaotic. Breakfast in the morning was simple but good, and the common areas were well kept.

Overall, it just felt like an easy, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back.

Great stay!
Pros:

This hotel was very peaceful and welcoming. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well designed and quiet. The food they offer is amazing and fresh! Couldn’t stop eating their daily freshly baked cookies! So impressed!

Overall experience was positive, breakfast was very good and the room very comfortable.

Cons:

It was confusing to get there because the hotel does not appear in the map when you enter the address. And by mistake we finished in a different Country Inn 20 min from this one.

Location was great

Cons:

Check-in had rough patches as the key card activator was not working. Queen beds are actually full size beds. Breakfast was "included" but there were no real options that made it family friendly or appealing. Was double charged fory stay.
