Close to Braves stadium.

Location was good for Braves game. Beds are high, toilets are low. Last night of stay the broiler broke so no hot water for morning shower. I am well aware this was not something they could
Prepare for. The breakfast was good, first morning had bacon that was excellent , next morning no bacon. The staff is friendly at front desk. The shuttle runs every 30 min or so to ball park. The return shuttle runs as quickly as they can returning guest. 1 shuttle so expect a 30 to 45 min wait. Not a complaint just reality.. the shuttle driver excellent.

This is not an expensive hotel, and I don't expect luxury hotel for the price. The price was really good. For the most part the hotel was very clean, the breakfast in the morning was great. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The only issue with the bed was it was up really high, and although that didn't affect me very much I could see older people having a problem getting in and out of it. I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for just two things.. but let me be clear I would stay here again.

The first thing is the water temperature. It did not matter where I moved the selector on the faucet, in the sink, or in the shower....You get one temperature.. it isn't hot or cold it's just warm but that's all you get. You can't have hot or cold. I did ask the front desk about it and they said that they're boiler was having some issues and that the maintenance man was out sick. I don't know if that's true or not or just what they tell people. But if the boiler is having issues, and you put it on cold you should still get cold water. That water temperature would not change no matter what I did.
The second issue was that was supplied with a dirty towel. So as I was drying off with it I noticed something on the towel, that really grossed me out. I had to retake a shower, and check the other towels to make sure that they were clean first. So like I said earlier I would stay again, but I will probably bring my own towels.

Seems clean but very dated hotel with oddly substandard bureau/closet arrangement, never seen this before, not the expected midrange standard of a Holiday Inn Express.

Location was far enough off highway that it was quiet. Ms Lo greeted my sleepy self at the door, well into the night, extremely kind and willing to help. She found a room for me, eased all my worries, and helped me find available discounts to meet my budget. Very informative and not complicated at all.

I am caring for my great Aunt long distance and this is our base of operations when in town. Everything I need is right here. I can make copies, the staff is great and my husband can have first breakfast followed by second breakfast!

Room was very clean and large. Bed was comfortable. Sink is outside the bathroom. Good location to Battery Park area. Staff were very nice.

Great place to stay! Location was spot on. Walking distance to The Battery. Safe area. Gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

Super convenient, cleaned and close to amenities (Specially the Baseball Park)

This was our first stay at this location. It is a walkable distance to Truist Park and they do offer a shuttle as well. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent! The location was great . We were there for the baseball game. They also had shuttle service for up to 3 miles away We went to dinner twice as well as to the game. The shuttle starts at 5pm . And a great gym! They had a pool but we didn't use it there was not enough time to do that and do what we came to do. They also had a very good breakfast. They room was extremely nice! We want to go there again on our next trip to Atlanta. Great price. The rooms were clean and we had no problems.

We chose this hotel based on the shuttle program to Braves games. On Monday, 7/20, we got on the shuttle back to the hotel after the game. The bus was immediately involved in an accident upon pulling away from the stadium. The driver of the other vehicle opened our bus door and started filming everyone, including the kids. He was agitated and all of the bus riders were concerned. Most of the riders, including us, decided to walk back to the hotel. The walk was long, hot, and mostly uphill. The next day, I asked the GM about potentially receiving some credit for the inconvenience. Not only was she unwilling to provide a credit, her response to me was rude, including “you should have stayed on the bus,” “the cops were right there,” and “you didn’t pay anything for the shuttle”.

Additionally, our showers were lukewarm and our sink water was warm (not ideal for brushing our teeth). The room was also very humid during our stay. Each morning, the breakfast area was packed as it was super small - both the food and seating areas - making it difficult to even get breakfast.

Close proximity to Truist Park. Complimentary shuttle to and from the ballpark!! Makes this an excellent choice!
