Cold shower
Pros:

Our experience was really poor at this hotel. The shower water is not hot and the cleanliness is subpar.

The front desk staff lack personnel skills to be in that position. There were two ladies that provided good service and the remainder need training on hospitality golden rules.

Hotel stay at Holiday Inn Galleria Ballpark Area.
Pros:

Clean, newer hotel. Plenty of light in the rooms. Plenty of power outlets. Breakfast was excellent. Exercise room is ample as well. Plenty of parking. Plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great! Staff is friendly. When in the area, I have no reason to stay elsewhere.

Clean, welcoming, great location
Pros:

The check in staff greeted us with a sincere smile and made us feel like they were glad to have us stay there. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The facility is clean and the room comfortable.

Awesome place!
Pros:

This was second time staying here and again our trip was beautiful. Riquita was very pleasant and helpful at check-in and the hotel is super close to Cumberland Mall and we utilized the hotel shuttle for transportation. Mr. Daryl was very friendly and the best host. The area has many dining places and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the grounds as well and you feel safe. We’ll be back next year!

Great value and experience
Pros:

Location was great. Around tons of stores and restaurants. Hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and great for my sister and I. The room didn’t have a microwave but the front desk attendant sent one up to my room. We kept if for the duration of our stay. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was good with regular staple items and a few change outs daily. The fitness center was clean, quiet, and had enough there to get in a good workout. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Great value.

I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and especially amazing staff who go above and beyond.

Hotel a little dated , other than that Very nice . Would definitely stay again.
However it needs to be updated/ upgraded.

Great location for me. Was quiet. Staff was pleasant. Great workout room!

Cons:

Front desk kept putting fraudulent charges on my credit card! Not very well lit on the outside. Parking lot a little scary at night. Stale muffins.

The staff was great and very understanding! We ended up not staying there because YOU said it was pet friendly! ONLY allow service dogs!!!! The staff suggested another hotel that was pet friendly- went there and they were completely booked. Ended up searching for another hotel and lucked out that they were accommodating.

Staff was great and helpful, loved the accommodations to and from event at the braves stadium. I would have love a move

Location and accommodations to and from the event I was attending.

Cons:

No ice machine on floor and the bedding for the pullout couch was not adequate and it ( bedding ) had a foul smell.
