They had a snack section that you could purchase from at any time of the day.
While I understand that occasional oversights can happen, the repeated issues I experienced were unacceptable. On my first night, the toilet in my room was not functioning properly and would not flush. I reported this the same night and was given the option to change room or to wait on someone to fix it in the morning. I decided to wait until the next morning. The following morning the receptionist said that the person does not come early in the morning and so I chose to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Initially, I could not identify the source, but later that day I discovered that the mattress had a noticeable urine smell after lifting the covers. This was extremely distressing because I was on that bed resting for a few minutes. I reported the issue and was then moved to a third room that afternoon. The 3rd room had issues with the bathroom door creaking every time it moved. I stayed in that room because I doubted things would get better.
In addition to the concerns with the rooms,, I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Fried items such as the fried sausages were excessively oily, and more care could have been taken to properly drain them.
Overall, my experience fell far below expectations, and disappointment is truly an understatement. I hope the hotel management take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
