Quality Inn & Suites Vidalia

Room was fairly clean, but the non-smoking room we had wreaked like old cigarette smell, so strong it was hard to sleep in there. The bed was comfy, but that room just wreaked! Usually motel/hotel rooms smell fresh and clean when you walk in, not this one. Definitely a depressed area of town and the hotel pool needed some good attention. This Quality Inn was not what it appeared in the pictures.

The desk clerk was so friendly and sweet. She took the time to recommend a few restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what I needed.

Liked clean sheets, quiet room, security, location.
Didn't like unsafe stairway, puddles of water, discarded furniture under stairs.

My only issue was the flying roach in the room. Staff and service was great

Toliet didn't work, power to the room only worked on one side and water pressure was horrible. Also super gross bathroom - moldy tiles and do NOT take off your shoes. My feet were BLACK after walking on that carpet. AVOID at ALL costs.

Great stay, but the floors could be a lot cleaner. There was a lot of dirt on our floor.

Convenient location. Responsive staff and very helpful. Could not log into the business center computer and no one knew the passcode to do so. Wifi was good.

The lady who checked us in was very nice! The bed was so comfortable. Shower was awesome. Quiet. Little dated. But over all very nice.

I spent the first ten minutes killing all of the flies in the room and looking over the candle wax that was dripped around the bed and the furniture. That was when we left.

The rooms were clean , but they have a smell like old , thin walls you can hear everything. The room next door where so loud at night they will open the door sit on the hallway in front of my room to drink beers and smoke and talk loud . At midnight I have to call the office so they can do something. They went inside there room but you still can hear everything. The back of the hotel there always people walking and taking on the hallways so it make you feel a little unsafe, since you don’t know they are staying there or what they are doing there.

overnight stay, great comfortable bed, clean room and fairly quiet location.

The room had to be deodorized it really was smelling bad when we arrived the smell was even coming out of the air conditioner too this morning while taking a shower I saw a bug run across the floor and the towels don't smell that clean so and the humidity is bad in the bathrooms and they could use better lighting in the bathrooms

Hotel was pretty quiet and comfortable.

The shower was difficult to control water temperature. Too hot then too cold

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows not large (which I appreciate). Bathroom was a bit small and the light over the sink was not bright.
