One elevator was broken, and one outside door inoperable, and apparently, from speaking to a long term guest, it has been like that at least three years...

Keep your credit service charge after reversing a $100 hold.
Cons:

My credit card had a $100.00 hold placed on it for any ancillary charges. It was reversed following me checking out. How the charge of $.31 cents was not reversed This would be a credit card service charge for the policy of placing the $100.00 hold.

When I sent a message I received no reply back from the hotel!

Pros:

Close an convenient for our plan event

Cons:

It’s not what we didn’t like. Understanding our section was under future reservations. But the security door staying unlocked. N no security seen on property at night
