Mold in ac unit, elevator was down, beds hard as rocks, you could hear workers talking outside the door at 10pm cdt while I was trying to put my 1 year old to sleep one worker was complaining about breaking her glasses and using cus words, the bathroom door didnt close and latch properly

I was very disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. This is a very poor Choice.

The beds and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

When we woke in the morning, we found that the room was infested with ants. They were inside my purse and suitcase and all over the windowsill and desk. When I advised the front desk clerk, she said they were aware of the problem and were trying to address it. The honorable and honest thing to do would have been to advise me when I booked the room, so I could decide what to do. I had a lot of work to do when I got home, washing my clothes and pillow,scrubbing my suitcase, purse and everything in them. Additionally, the pool was closed for maintenance. I was not advised of this when I booked the room or would have gone somewhere else. The whole experience was disappointing to say the least.

Good breakfast in a separate room from lobby
