Clean, comfortable & convenient
Pros:

We bought a new vehicle out of state and were on our way back. We wanted safe ample parking bc we don't want door dings. Our vehicles had great spaces to park away from danger. The staff was very friendly & nice. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Good value. Close to the highway.

Our expectations were exceeded and we will be back.
Pros:

The Queen Suite was huge! We needed a space for kids to move around and it was perfect. Absolutely one of the best rooms we've booked.

Cons:

A small kitchen table would have been great, but we managed. We also had a little trouble with the room key cards.

Cons:

Pool was unavailable (option was givin to go to other hotel for pool use). No soap in room at sink or shower. Noticeable aged since staying there two years ago.

Pros:

Tina, the front desk lady was outstanding!! She went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be. She really is amazing and a reason I would stay here again. The breakfast was also very good.

Horrible and disgusting to say the least.
Pros:

Only positive was the nice women at the desk upon check out. Other then that it was an overall disgusting experience that I wish upon no one.

Cons:

It took 3 rooms before we got a semi livable one. First room we were given smelled moldy, wasnt cleaned, toilet running like a waterfall nonstop, no towels, hair all over the tub and a/c didnt work and no toilet paper. Was moved to a second room. Smelled of mold, bathroom tiles were busted in front of the tub with sharp pieces and the floor was soft. Room filthy. Room fridge was loud. Third room we were moved to was ok, smelled a little cleaner, bathroom still filthy with hair and black hand prints in the tub and walls, bugs in the light fixtures, nasty shower head, mirror still had tooth paste on it, ceiling had extreme water damage and bulging spots, someone's dirty clothes in the drawers, ripped carpet and all 3 rooms the carpet was filthy and sticky. Bed was so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the top of a triangle. The front desk person that checked us in to all 3 rooms said she is so sick of dealing with the place and the other staff not doing their jobs. She has to move people around every single shift and fix other people's mistakes. As a choice reward member this was my worst stay ever! Left in pain, unrested and feeling filthy.

It’s not worth the $177 for 2nights. By any means..
Pros:

If I had to choose a staff was nice, but Nothing really in particular. It was a fast booking. It was unfortunately expensive for what we actually walked into.

Cons:

We checked the beds for bedbugs what you do at every hotel, we took off the covers the top sheet and then there was a bed pillow. There were crumbs and stains on the bed pillow. If it were just stains, it would’ve been different, but there were crumbs on it so it made it kinda look like could’ve been shells of bedbugs, but they weren’t. It was just dirty and stained. We booked a king room which was converted from a two queen bedroom. You could tell because the TV is like four or 5 feet to the left of where it should be, which is the center of the end of the bed.

Never Again
Cons:

The key card system was down. We had to be let in and out of everywhere. I only got one of the 2 rooms I paid for. There were a group of men drinking in the pool area when I was trying to take a bunch of little girls swimming for a birthday party. There was zero management or control of the property. They had a housekeeper doing all sorts of things. They struggled to use the actual keys. It was an absolute disaster.

It was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. People are nice.

Cons:

No towels at all. Was told we would get towels in morning and got floor rugs. Room wasn't cleaned at all
