Pros:

I live the location multiple restaurants and things to do close in the area. Some you can even walk to plus the mall wasn’t far either.

Cons:

I hate that the pool closes so early. It should at least stay open till 11 or midnight.

Not up to Hyatt's reputation
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We have stayed at this property before, so that part was as expected. The staff are almost without exception friendly and competent. The entrance is clean and unobstructed.

Cons:

Breakfast was included with our room. We were unable to enjoy that amenity. There seemed to be several groups of children with maybe 1 or 2 adults per 10 teens & younger who dominated the entire space. It was impossible to get to the food. It looked decent, but how would we know? Also, our room was right next to the elevator. The elevator was quiet, unfortunately, guests were not. The hotel has plaques showing Quiet hours, but yet, people waiting for elevators did not observe those rules. Well after midnight and before 6 AM people had boisterous conversations right outside our room. I mentioned this to the desk clerk when we were checking out. All he could say, was that he was sorry. Of course! It already happened! The same clerk was there when I noted that we couldn't enjoy breakfast--no where to sit, no way to get food, coffee was out (he suggested that we had coffee in the room!) Overall, for the price we paid, it was a disappointment for the Hyatt brand and for our value partner Booking.com. We were disappointed.

Booked 2 rooms with 5 teenage girls they gave my 2 separate rooms instead of a conjoined room attempted to tell me wasn’t nothin available until I mentioned that I had kids then one became available. One of the rooms smelled of urine which was very distasteful

Good however room for improvement

Reserved a king sized bed with bathroom for disabled person was not upto expectations

The shower table was not in assembled condition and I had to call maintenance to look into it
The maintenance staff were good and did give my mom a plastic chair however I would have preferred the bathroom infrastructure was more enhanced for my 85 year old mom wherein it becomes much user friendly
