I'm impressed by the staff. The location was everything I could have imagined... The staff was totally attentive...No slouching here. Sorry i didn'tgetachance to enjoy the free breakfast that was included with the room? Due to the times. Between 6am-9am ?What
ever happened to 6AM-11AM? But the bottom line... That's why in the reviews every-one gave this Hotel 3 stars out of 5.
Prime location...Walking distance to the Mall, Theater, now mind you I'm giving you this review at 71 years of experience.

They have work to do.
Pros:

There was trash all around the outside of the property. The lobby and breakfast areas looked clean. The rooms had older, stained furniture and carpeting and just felt dirty.

Cons:

There was also a domestic dispute that woke up the family multiple times during our stay.

Pros:

Rooms feel spacious and plenty of food at breakfast.

Cons:

Somtimes hard to find seating at breakfast bc it is so busy....but it was also busy bc of the holidays.
