hallways were not clean. luggage carts were badly beaten up need; to be replaced or refurbished
The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good except eggs were very dry. Hotel was clean.
Pool deck was dirty and lots of bugs in pool, didn't seem like it was cleaned daily.

It was old, in kept, pool area had no lights, the light by our room window flickered and it flashed in our room window
Staff were wonderful!! Bathroom was mostly remodeled and great. Big TV which was easy to use. Bed was comfortable. Super quiet.
There was a real musty smell in the halls and room. The wall covering in the room was starting to peel. The mirror over the vanity could be replaced.

The 1st room was 84°and the air would not work...$150 a night to sweat to death um no, then the the front desk clerk was very attentive and switched my room, i went to get ice before taking my son to the pool ice machine on 3rd floor and 1st floor out of service,, went to 2nd floor the ice machine was not even there and was sweating this whole time going from floor to floor,, took my son to the pool and came back to the room less than an hour of being in the second room I could not stop itching and ended up leaving at 11 pm after spending $150 to let my son swim and sleep is unacceptable. I asked for a refund and the night clerk advised he put in a request but that he couldn't do it himself...I still haven't been called or emailed about this issue

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very nice, and the breakfast was better than any other hotel breakfast I ever had. Actually had great Biscuits and gravy. Chocolate and powdered donuts plus more, very fresh and hot!! The room was cleaned every day during our four day stay. More than I can say for other hotels
How the cleaning crew hovered outside my door and opened my door twice during an hour before we were to check out. That all!!
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Breakfast gave me the norovirus. Toilet bowls were way to low.
Location
The room wasn’t clean when I arrived. There was a cup with something in it and the ice bucket had melted ice in it. The room would not get cool. The room had a smell. The breakfast was bad even for hotel breakfast.
The location was nice with trees and grass.
It was hot in th entire hotel. The lobby thermostat was on 78°. The air was not on in the rooms when we got there therefore it took forever to cool it down to a manageable 72. The ice machines didn’t work nor did the vending machines on the 3rd floor. It also appeared as someone was living in the room next to us. It was very expensive for what it was. Will not be staying at Best Western’s in the future.
The room was very quiet even though hotel was located near a very busy highway. The breakfast was very good, very plentiful, and we really enjoyed the staff member who was responsible for keeping all the food items available. The room was very clean abd comfortable.
The sink in our room had very little water pressure. And thought the entrance to the hotel could have used some cleaning especially the glass doors.
