I was not satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

There was a lady giving swimming lesson so my children didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Plus there were problems with the plumping and people complaining about their rooms not being clean checking out and wanting their money back.

Cons:

I loved the locations it’s plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

The hotel told me they were canceling one of my reservations for me because I asked them to two days in advance to check in, they did not, I was still charged and on the day I did stay, they charged me 319 dollars for no apparent reason after the room was already paid for, I called and asked why and they said they didn’t, my bank said it came from that location and was able to have it removed from my account. It takes calling a thousand times throughout the day to ever get to talk to anyone, they watch the phone ring

Cons:

The toilet would not work. It flushed the first couple of times but had to flush it two and thrree to finally complete a flush. Someone came and thought it was fixed but as soon as he left it didn't work. Had to leave feces in it. Could not move us to a different room because they were booked up. The next night they moved us to a different room and had no problems.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the pool - water was heated and warm. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The property was in disrepair. The ice machine didn't work. The pool patio was in disrepair with loose concrete pieces and rusted fountain. There were no trash cans in the hotel room. No bedding for the pull-out was in the room. The breakfast buffet area wasn't clean and the food was very skimpy. No cups were available. No water was provided either. This property would definitely not be rated as a 3-star hotel.

I won’t stay here again.
Pros:

It was easy to get to.

Cons:

It was not as clean as I expected. The bathroom was a little gross. The towels had a strange smell. The breakfast was not great.

Crappy service , bad experience all the way around
Pros:

I liked that it wasn’t too far from restaurants/ and stores

Cons:

No forks for breakfast, had to switch rooms mid way through night bc ac wouldn’t work, elevator stopped working during the night so woke up to no elevator, staff was rude and not helpful, over all cleanliness was not there either, the dining room to eat at was not kept up with there was food every where and staff walked by instead of cleaning it.

Teache your kids not to run around the hotel hallways at night
Pros:

I liked the beds they were really cozy and easy ti sleep on.

Cons:

I didn't like that the room below me had kids running and jumping around at 1am and I got no sleep.
