Good location, dirty, rude staff
Pros:

The breakfast was decent; good coffee. Hubby raved about the waffles. Good location. Food attendant was super nice!

Cons:

The room was dirty. Black & pink mold in bathroom. Stained sheets. Only 1 bar of soap to use in shower & by sink (that would have been fine if they were in the same room). The front desk girl was over the top rude & condescending. They wifi they gave us needed a password. When I went to the front desk I couldn't finish a sentence because she kept interrupting me & talking over me. She told me what popped up on the wifi was wrong. I was ok, then give me the password for what was written on the keycard envelope. She kept saying there was no password & that she didn't know it (what???). After going back & forth w/her I just walked away from her bs! I did try the wifi that had popped up but that didn't even work (most likely fraudulent). The difference is the fraud wifi has a "Q" in stead of an "O". Be careful & don't use it! Also, pack flip flops to use in the shower!

Loud guests all night long. Very poor sound separation from hallway and rooms above.

Perfect stay when visiting starved rock State Park
Pros:

Easy to get to Simple, check-in and comfy beds. I love the fact that they had four pillows on each queen bed.

Cons:

I wish the hot tub was working, but other than that, the property was great.

It was a decent stay
Pros:

Your breakfast was decent. Especially the waffles. I loved the endless sunflower field outside my room window. Staff is very nice. Close to Utica,Mathesson park and starved rock.

Cons:

The cleanliness of my room was not good. The mirror was cloudy and streaked. Hair in the tub carpet could of used a vacuuming and various dead bugs on floor

Room was not good.
Pros:

It was close to Starved Rock. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The room was less than desirable. The tub didn’t drain when taking a shower. The hairdryer was broken. The bedspread was old and seemed dirty. The sink was dirty and had hair in it.
