friendly, clean and helpful
After an unforgettable evening at Cima, staying at the Hyatt Centric attached to the restaurant was the perfect continuation of an already amazing night. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the ambiance was beautiful and inviting, and the comfortable beds made it easy to fully relax and recharge. From dining to accommodations, everything flowed effortlessly and made our stay truly exceptional.

Been traveling to ord for years, always found hotels and restaurants around underdeliver. Rooms at Hotel Centric are very nicely appointed. Restaurant is very good quality with wine and cocktail list to match. A sure bet!

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was always smiling and was very helpful. They came and cleaned everyday of the stay.
I wish there was a ramp to to the hotel from parking garage for those cold days.
The hotel and restaurant were great! Very comfortable beds, close to the airport but did not hear any plane noise. Room was cozy and had great additions including automatic under bed lights, reading lights, ample outlets, and a nice shower with 2 shower head options! Coma is the restaurant , there were great cocktails and brunch was delicious!

Could not stay - there was no room reserved for me
I arrived with my reservation confirmation but there were no rooms available- I believe there was a lag between Booking.coms reservation and confirmation from the hotel. So I waited for the shuttle for 45 mins but it was wasted trip.
Super clean and new smells great also the yellows around the hallways the prefect touch
The parking was a little to small for how busy it gets I assume
