The parking fee to park in a parking garbage that’s not all covered my car got snow on it but I’m paying for this in a half parking garage

Unexpected stay and a lucky hotel choice with Hyatt Centric
Pros:

Had a flight cancellation and had to spend a night in town. Was fortunate to have picked the Hyatt for my stay. Excellent front desk staff and a very clean room/lobby, with a shuttle to and from the airport every half hour.

Management in need of serious work
Pros:

Sadly, the Customer Service of this Hyatt location does not measure up to what I would expect and have experienced at other Hyatt properties. During check-in, I witnessed an abomination of a conversation between some higher-ups and one of the staff. It left me wondering how staff is usually treated and contemplating if staff is treated so poorly, how on earth can guests be treated as valued?

Nice stay!
Pros:

Spacious and clean room! The room was very big with a large TV and plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful.

Great day near O’Hare
Pros:

Beautiful, renovated hotel with clean bright rooms. The lobby is welcoming, the restaurant is lovely, but most importantly the service is fantastic. Toni was warm and helpful at check-in and Pena, the hostess at Cima welcomed me each day like I was a guest in her home.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to Chicago Ohare
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and fresh. My room was comfortable and clean too. The restaurant downstairs made it easy to order dinner to go. The super convenient airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower.
