The shuttle service, clean comfort rooms.
Very nice and clean. What really stood out were the motion-detector LED lights on the bottom of the bed and especially in the bathroom. Simply genius! In a place where you don't know where the switches are from memory, getting up in the middle of the night guarantees soft, lighting that helps you keep from stumbling and you don't have to turn on the hideously bright bathroom lights in the middle of the night.
This is a beautiful hotel right across the street from Rivers Casino. They have 24 hour shuttle service
My room was spotless! In fact, the entire hotel was spotless. I loved that when you got out of bed, there was a light under the bed that lit up. There was also a motion sensor light in the bathroom.
Just beware, that if you eat breakfast in the restaurant, a cup of tea is $12, which is totally ridiculous. My sister had a bowl of fruit and water. I had the continental breakfast which consisted of a bowl of fruit, a croissant and a cup of tea. Our total bill, including tip was $56!
We were very pleased with our visit. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and they had the fluffiest pillows! I appreciated the handicapped amenities: walk in shower, bench in shower wall for ease in bathing. Very considerate of the hotel! I would definitely recommend a further stay there.
The staff is nothing short of amazing. From the hospitality to the professional effectiveness and helpfulness- there's seldom an establishment that comes close to this level of respectable, delightful, and hospitable. I've stayed at so many hotels all across the country/world and there are only a handful of places where the staff is so genuinely kind in their interactions. This is one of them.

One of the nicest Hyatt Hotels I've ever stayed in as the property was clearly renovated recently. Spacious guestrooms, bathrooms, and public spaces. Very well located across the street from the casino and a 5 minute van ride (very nice van) from the airport. The restaurant, CIMA, was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall the experience was top notch and I look forward to my next visit!
When got there the air-conditioner was set to 63 the room was damp and uncomfortable and no ice.
Nice clean rooms with good facilities and convenient for airport with a free shuttle into airport running at 30 minute intervals
