The Location was perfect for my son boot camp graduation, the size of the room was great and I was very pleased it has a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. The full kitchen was a bonus. I was able to cook him a few of his favorite home cooked meals.

Tv and wifi was not working. The doors were broken and did not shut completely. The water did not have any hot water just cold.

Size, the layout of the suite was great it is hard not to have to book two rooms with a family of 5. It fit us nicely. Our kids are young enough to still need us in the room, but too old to make it comfortable to sleep with us or siblings. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of it.
Staff at check-in disengaged. Their desk is 6 feet away from the counter and they did not come to the counter except to place the key in front of us. When we walked up our greeting was "Checking-in? Name?" Followed by 5min of silence. Wasn't sure if our reservation was found, or we were in the right place, just awkward. Your workers are in hospitality, this wasn't a Motel 6, it is a decently priced hotel so I expect better customer service. When explaining the property, breakfast, and where our room was, it was too fast and too disengaged to feel like I could ask a question. Followed-up with no conclusion just a return to the desk. The room set was great like I said, but the bathrooms need some TLC. Rust spots, walls cracked or damaged around joints and around the shower/tub. The pull out couch had no linens, luckily we had just gone camping and still had a sleeping bag so we used that, based on the interaction at the desk we didn't want to bother and be treated the same way.

It need to be clean more and the pull out bed need to be replaced, no back support and bathroom needs cleaned more and refrigerator was mess up, curtains was dirty

The rooms were amazing, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.
The jacuzzi was down and I was not made aware of this before booking. That was a major inconvenience.
The home like feel. Convenience to The Navy base and everything in Waukegan so close perfect location. The staff was exceptional and helping My Son get her room after graduation immediately got him close to us on the same floor. This will be my place to stay when I come visit my son.
The suite was comfortable and amenities were good. The bed was fantastic. There were refillable bath products in the shower and at the sink and they had more than enough product for our party. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room had place settings for precisely as many people as it slept, which seemed skimpy. But also I hate doing dishes. There was no notepad or pen in the room, which would have definitely been useful. Toiletries were for sale at the desk, not complimentary if you forgot something. The breakfast was mediocre when it was stocked, which wasn't nearly often enough; we gave up on it after a few days and just bought cereal and milk for the room. Some staff were unpleasant. Unlikely that we will return.
