We felt we made the right decision coming to the hotel, until we had to file a grievance with Citibank because the hotel
Pros:

The pool was nice. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

We were only there for six hours as we were having renovations done at our house. There was some sort of team takeover at the pool with about 20 children so that shortened our relaxing afternoon.

Pros:

Breakfast area was simple but well organized. The breakfast offerings were limited but quite good, typical for a mid-level hotel chain. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

TV streaming was poor, locking up frequently. Bathroom/tub had no grab bars; this is strongly recommended for us seniors.

Close to the venue but .....
Pros:

called my friend a bitch when she complained about a party happening under her window at 3pm

County Health Department gives it a B.
All it serves is breakfast and i understand why.
Ingredients of the sausage would be interesting to know and even a powdered egg fan couldn't stand whatever those were.

Had stayed here previously and it had a reputation for only renting to people attending concerts at the nearby venue but this year there were random children from youth baseball and softball teams staying at the hotel as well.
not cool for anyone.

Great value, great location
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room.

Cons:

Lack of parking was an issue when we returned to the hotel after a concert. We had to park on a side street.
There are spot lights pointing towards the back of hotel. One of these points directly into our 1st floor room. Even the curtains couldn't keep out all the light. Please adjust this.

Cons:

The pull-out sofa mattress was not comfortable due to its age. The separate sleeping area needs a mirror and lighting when the bathroom is occupied.

Comfortable and very clean.
Pros:

Check in was fast. Room was very nice, pillows are wonderful! Your cleaning staff deserves a raise, our room and the entire facility was very clean! Good breakfast too.
