The hotel was a wasted stay and not worth the expense
Pros:

Good location, comfy bed

Cons:

Active construction happening with materials and tools just laying around. Made it feel very unsafe. No warning of construction was given. Breakfast was sad and disappointing. Hot food items were cold and burnt

Reserved the room with the walk-in shower. It was not available. The room we then got meant we could not shower my wife in her wheelchair.

We came, went to get food, came back and couldn’t stand staying any longer so we left and did not stay.

The cleanliness was very uncomfortable and unclean, the shower leaked without being ran, there was grime on the floors in the lobby, the elevator felt unclean and unsafe- the door would barely close all the way before it went up. There were people arguing in the parking lot and multiple people sitting in their cars smoking what smelled like marijuana.

The whole place was under construction and they stated that it was on the website, I went back to look and it took me a good 20-30 mins to find the tiny fine print where it said it would be under construction… if this is the case it needs to be in big letters and highlighted red just how the sign for it being sold was.. very disappointed I couldn’t enjoy the weekend I wanted with my family bc of how hidden the fine print was

They are in construction and they was nothing in the website about this and they claim it is in all websites I reserved because of the pool and it was close I woke up two days because of construction noise, bathroom was nasty need to be clean

Cons:

Under construction. Phone in roon didn't work. No tv. When I brought these concerns up to the receptionist, she said it was caused by the snow storm. There was no snow storm, only very cold temps. She also did not offer any compensation for the things that were not working. Not even a bottle of water.

The windows shades would not close. Zero privacy!
The shower curtain wasn't long enough to keep water in so had to clean up multiple water puddles.

Our stay was pleasant. It did the job for the 2 nights we had to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Not bad.

Cons:

The carpet was dated and not very clean. Our refrigerator needed to be defrosted, the door wouldn't shut. The sheets and towels need to be updated. There was a weird smell throughout the entire facility.

Good location, good value. Pretty clean overall and quiet. I will stay there again.

Cons:

I’m not a fan of this new housekeeping policy, where you don’t get it unless you ask. To be fair it’s not just this motel, it’s all of them in the Fort Wayne area.
