We stayed at the hotel with my daughter's family for a weekend LAX tournament in Westfield. At check-in, I asked if we could get rooms close to each other. At 1st, the front desk said it wouldn't be possible as they were fully booked for the weekend, but after we retrieved our bags from the car, the front desk clerk, Marsha, stopped us and said she could make it work, and reassigned us to a room on the same floor as my daughter. Marsha was extremely helpful and nice, a pleasure to deal with! We did not have a chance to enjoy the breakfasts as we had to leave very earlier each morning. The room was clean, an adequate size, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of restaurant choices nearby, which was nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Other guests cussing at my children in the pool because they were splashed while sitting in the pool. Went to complain to staff and staff gave children an hr to play in the pool. I checked out after 3 hrs of my stay.
