Good location
Everything was FINE.
Nice room. Very clean.
Breakfast was just ok.
The staff is friendly and the room is clean.
The location is great was very convenient to every place I had to go, breakfast was absolutely excellent.
Not having to pay for a cleaning fee in case someone smoked in my room you get a non-smoking room because you don't smoke so you shouldn't be charged up front for cleaning fee. I was told I would get a refund but so far I haven't I'm sure it will take a few days but anyway I don't like being charged for something I don't do.
Breakfast was good.
Housekeeping didn't come back to di our room on the 2nd day of our stay.
It was a clean and modern room
I had no hot water in the room. I talked to the front desk and the next night was the same. Seems hot water is a basic necessity that should be available!
Beds were comfortable and the ac worked well.
Warm food on breakfast buffet was cold. Elevator made funny noises.

Staff was not that friendly. Breakfast was skipped, went out instead because not that great.

Dirty rags left in bathroom, disgusting carpet, hardly any lighting
Location was ok.
The sheets had multiple stains. The receptionist changed the rm twice. Each time, stained sheets. The 2nd rm was not clean. It had a White Castle bag in the microwave. The sink bwl was heavily cracked+the lotion container was ripped off the wall leaving a nasty mark. Finally we asked fr clean sheets+we'd change them ourselves. A customer should never have to do that. We asked for the mgr on duty for compensation. Not available. The receptionist never apologized. And said mgr not avail now. We asked for Mgr to call back. No call back. We called booking.com +explained the situation. We expect compensation for this incident. We were advised of a call back in 30 mins. This never happened. RECOMEMENDATION: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. HOW ARE THEY RATED AT 8.4???
